Great work! I'm working on a hypocycloidal now but my prototype keeps binding under torque load, It runs fine under no load. How did you get past that?
That’s a fine build. You just gave me some ideas of cycling the ball bearings with printed housing🤩. Thanks for sharing ❤
genius
fascinating build, thanks for sharing
Nice video, the bass tone in the background music is *very* annoying though...
I see it stops at 00:45 so probably something in your videos...
🤦🏻♂️
ЭЭЭ. Это даже не модель монорельсовой дороги на электромагнитах?
This is genius.
👍👍👍
Brilliant!
Nice bearing man! And nice wire bending tool:)
Very Cool .. Thank You for sharing .. Cheers :)
good work!
Very interesting. Can you like to a printables account etc. where we can keep an eye out for developments and release? Look forward to playing with this one day :)
Do have a model that will do 9ga farm fence wire?
Very creative, need more ball bearings to reduce noise, and could have left out the 2 outside races. Good stuff
have you done any torture test on them?
I'm not sure I'd call it torture testing, but I printed some central plates that I connected to my handheld drill and spun the bejeebers out of them with no wear/heating issues whatsoever. I didn't put them under big loads though, just spun them.
The last 10 seconds didn't look like the result was a decent ball-race at all. I was expecting it to spin freely. I've made 3d printed ball races with 6mm airsoft plastic BB balls that work much better than that - AND I still feel the need to buy 'real' bearings for most applications.

Why take down all the STL files?
Wonderful. Please keep it coming
Thank you so much for sharing. This will go "straight" in my toolkit. 😉👍 Keep up the good work!
What is this for?
Nice!
Link?
what a tease
I just posted it on wiretools.etsy.com/
@@MarkDenovich So you like it? ;)
@@ErosNicolau I like the thinking behind the solution. It’s clever.
@@MarkDenovich thank you ☺️
amazing video!!!!! great idea!
Beautiful idea! I will try to create some.
Nice design! Do you have a link to the files?
Hey sir good eve.where could i buy this tool. I'm from the philippines
Im going to try spot welding/epoxy-ing the wire gap and sanding it smooth
Awesome. Also really like wire straightener. A nice addition would be a wire bender.
Subbed 👍
This is amazing and exactly what we are looking for. I am an senior me student and i am taking a course about mechatronics. We need to build a robot that makes turn around a fixed point. Which is exactly you have made. Do you mind sharing the sources files etc?
сталистую выправить может?
Love this. Is it removable for if/when I try do an Arduino servo set up?
Do you have the files for this? I have been trying to make my sons helmet like this.
exquisite! I especially love the loading tool you made to ;ut kit all together.
Unless it needs to hold a lot of weight, you should use was less balls and include a cage. It will be much smoother.
nice!
What are the Bearing dimensions used here ? I want to order from amazon for replacement
Hi Eros, great project! Like the way of th construction!
The only thing that downloads is the preview STL file....
Bao nhiu yien v shop
The link to the STL for your wire straightener and wire ring roller lead to an empty page, do you have them available elsewhere?
