🤨 Have you ever followed a tutorial & felt like you still didn't understand how your new farm worked?
😓 Have you ever felt intimidated to jump into redstone or architecture?
🤔 Or are you just looking for a refigured solution to help you thrive in your next survival adventure?
🤗 Then you've come to the right place! Cubefigured is all about cultivating your creativity & understanding of the game.
My name is TheTunedCube and I've been creating in Java Minecraft since 2013. I've learned a lot from other creators, but I've learned the most--and had the most fun--by trying to figure stuff out myself. I hope my videos equip & encourage you to play Minecraft with this sandbox mentality.

Is this good for 1.20.1?
Didn’t work
@ibby_jibby Bedrock your on
Does this wok on bedrock
what is a good render distance?
Good question! As long as it’s at least 2 chunks you should be fine-render distance is a horizontal limit, not a vertical one.
Yoooo Ty so much you earned a sub ❤
how do u have only 100 subs
w vid
This is an incredible video, thank you!!! Quick note, having silk touch on the axe seems niche, but it's really been a huge help for me. I find myself using it a ton. I put it on during an early game where i was spam trading melons for emeralds, but even after having better trades i use it constantly for clearing out bookshelves from strongholds or even my own builds. It's also helped me any time i'm working on a bee farm. There's isnt really a reason to *not* put it on your axe and it's worth snagging an extra silk touch book to complete the set!
I really need this
Question: If my outpost is in a spruce biome (lot's of trees next to it) does that lower my spawn rates and should I break the trees? Thanks
Great question. You can leave the trees-pillagers don’t spawn on leaves. If there were exposed logs (like acacia branches) you’d want to spawn proof those, but shouldn’t be a problem with spruce
Can it work on bedrock i keep struggling to make pillagers spawn so i can use my raid farm
Unfortunately not, pillager spawning at outposts works very differently in bedrock
i just buildt the farm and i love it, it is going to help me so so much and i appresiate all the content/videoes you make, thank you so much
Love to hear it!
i love your videoes, you shud make more and i hope you grow big one day
how do you not have more subs this videoes is great like the pillager farm is soo gonna help me thank you
Your one video answered more questions than 10 different websites could. Very much appreciated.
The video was great and simple ,keep it up ❤ You just earned a new subscriber
Thank you!
Works Purfectly java 1.20.4
I like the silk touch axe because I trade melons for emeralds
Works great ty
tysm bro works perfectly and a tip from me put simulation distance to 32 as it worked for me
The render distance and simulation distance shouldn't matter because they deal with how many chunks are loaded horizontally, and in this design everything is happening in a 2-ish chunk radius around the outpost. If you mean that you can't see any mobs on the ground when you're at the top of the scaffolding pillar, they are down there, they're just out of visual range (which is affected by your render distance and entity distance).
@@cubefigured ty
what is the y level that must be reached?
It depends on the y level of your outpost. The materials list includes enough scaffolding to go up 120 blocks above the ground, which is the ideal distance to unload caves without unloading the surface.
@@cubefigured gotcha, been using it a ton and it's super effective, thank you!
thank you so much its so usefull ur so under-rated
also do i need to build up all the way to height limit
@@elo7514 you only need to go up about 120 blocks above the ground
@@cubefigured i just built as high as i can also they despawn when i come back down
@@elo7514 some will randomly despawn during the time it takes to climb back down, but it shouldn't be a lot. As for the height, if you go much higher than 120 all mobs on the ground will despawn / stop spawning, so there is a sweet spot.
oh @@cubefigured also wheni climb high up i can't see the pillagers or any mobb when am high up what settings do u use for that
this is a very good video! keep the good work.
can it work on minecraft sever ? (java)
Yes, but because of the mob cap it will work best when no other players are in the overworld.
Very useful thanks
work for bedrock??
No, only java. Outpost spawning works differently in bedrock.
thanks @@cubefigured
Is this for bedrock
Java only, unfortunately. In bedrock outpost spawning works differently.
What if there’s only like 1 pillager every 15 20 minutes
Are you using java or bedrock edition? (Pillager spawning at outposts works differently in bedrock, this tutorial is for java only)
@@cubefigured bedrock
😢 that's my bad, I should've been more clear about that. I put java in the title now too. I've been trying to find more info on how outposts work in bedrock but I still have a lot of questions. I have seen a few bedrock tutorials that look pretty quick/cheap, so I guess solutions are out there.
Relative newcomer here, starting to enchant things... so, if I mine a diamond block with silk touch, can I dismantle at the crafting table to get a number of X diamonds, just like with Iron Blocks, that give 9 Iron? If yes, what is that number? My question is can a fortune pickaxe beat that number given by simply dismantling the block (if the above is true)? If no, then why would anyone ever use a fortune pickaxe? Thanks
1 block of diamond crafts into 9 diamonds (just like iron) but the pure mineral blocks aren't affected by silk touch or fortune--they always drop themselves (1:1) when broken. The enchantments are only useful when breaking ore blocks. For example, 1 diamond ore drops 1 diamond without fortune, but with fortune 1 diamond ore drops 2.2 diamonds on average. Hope that helps!
can you use ladders instead of scaffolding?
Absolutely, any method of getting to the right height works, whatever is cheapest/easiest for you!
Top teir video. Im subscribing
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS . I am sure you will blow up one day
Thank you so much!
Thank you! This was exactly what I needed 🤩
wow now this is simple and super helpful, keep up to good work!
Thanks!
Great! A simpler design than the one you need to go to the nether.
what if I bring a villager there
Adding a villager + workstation would definitely supercharge spawning by triggering a raid (if carefully located relative to afk point). Much more complicated than what I did here, but NicoisLOST has a couple great videos on that.
Nice
Thanks for the guide, ur mad underrated 🫡
Glad you liked it!
Fortune also increases the drop rate of crops like potato and carrots.
Indeed! And that'll work with any tool too.
-On axes and shovels, I'ld do silk-touch. -On hoes, I'ld do fortune, and use shears if I need to silk-touch those blocks. -On picks, I do one of each.
Yeah I think shears are underrated, especially for how cheap they are.
It's only been a few days and I already had to update the description--the Minecraft Wiki is moving to a new platform! The biggest change I think most visitors will notice is the much faster loading time! 10/10 recommend checking it out. Don't forget to bookmark it and spread the word that the old wiki on Fandom will no longer be updated.
Amazing. Keep making more!!
Thanks!
