For diet I try to eat 1 dry cup of lentils with at least 1 cup of veggies and 1 cup of fruits. The lentils that I buy are about 400 calories and that keeps my full for about 4-6 hours for sure! That keeps me from overeating.

I am not wealthy, so almost all of these procedures have been out of my price range for most of my life. I have issues with drooping eyes and dark circles. Some of it may be because of really bad chronic allergies. I also am seeing my jowls begin to droop. However, I have had ZERO cosmetic procedures done and most people believe I am 10 years or more younger than I am. I attribute it to GOOD GENETICS. So my questions to the ladies who swear by their treatements that they did in their 30's and 40's.... are you sure it was the cosmetic procedures, and not just good genes?

Watching this because I need to remind myself of this exact same thing, since a few years back I realized this is what works for me too. Two years ago I lost 30kg (66lbs) at a healthy, natural pace by simply eating better, sleeping enough and doing a short 15 mins of stretching and then 40 minutes of walking every day. That's it. Now I'm at my heaviest and I need to get into it again.

I started taking "Doctor Recommended" Berberine PLUS". The plus being Royal Jelly. Instructions say to take 2 600mg with meals once per day. So, I don't know if it's the royal jelly or too high of dose or because it's with meals. But, I gained 2 lbs per week for 3 weeks. I HAD to stop taking it. I'll try THORNE to see if it works for me.

Human movement is universal and didn't start with your current generation. I am a life long trained dancer w/a degree in Dance. Think of movement derived from other cultures, time periods, etc. UNLESS it is a specific series of movements packaged and perhaps set to sound where a case can be made that this is being copied, good luck. Dance and human movement are timeless, universal, and part of being a living humanoid.

I believe these were invented for astronauts and research in Germany and Japan showed an improvement in flexibility and balance in elderly subjects, also to promote bone density. I first used them in gyms, 10 mins of muscle exercise on a power plate is supposed to be as effective as 1 hour in the gym. That is, targeting specific muscle groups. I assume therefore that as with MSE exercise, its best to do it every other day
