I find if I have sugar, that’s sweets, chocolate or something else highly sweet and then sit with my feet up I’ll get cramps or spasms.
I have a “military” neck or straight instead of curved. My curvature is at 1.8 degrees when it should be 43. I’ve noticed less neck pain and have been using it about a month now. Still having issues (due to my neck being so straight) and had pretty bad pain when I first started using it but it has improved some.
Thanks for nice and useful video. This is the first video that I’ve watched and it was really designed for beginners like me.
You are most welcome. I am glad to hear that you found the video helpful. Best wishes, Ashley.
What about chiropractor? Is this recommended?

This is my fourth bout with this over the years. I haven’t been doing anything particular to cause it, but I have undifferentiated spondyloarthritis and somehow seem more prone to tendonopathies that are difficult to resolve than most. My previous MD was more helpful but my current one hasn’t been and I have been trying to figure this out myself online. I appreciate your explanation and your advice regarding the realistic timeline for recovery (because we all expect it to be faster), as well as the more gentle exercises to start with before moving forward with the heavier weight lifting. Thanks very kindly again and I will look forward for more videos of yours.
I am recovering from a circular fracture of my right femur. Surgery, rod placement and unable to put weight on that leg for 6 weeks. Now I am walking with a walker as. much as I can but the pain I feel is the front of my shin. I did suffer a bad bruise there from a hockey puck slap shot 35 yrs ago but why now does it hurt so much or could it be a shin splint? You are a terrific teacher!!
I suddenly got golfer’s elbow from tennis about two months ago. The inner side of the elbow, very licalized. Not extremely bad, I can still play, but bad enough to affect my tennis and even daily life. Do the exercises you recommended work for golfer’s elbow too?
What type of food am i to eat as I do excises for my lower back pain

I have eczema mostly on my arms, it is truly horrible. It went from my elbow all the way to my wrist, it has been there for about 6 years.
Excellent content, great presentation.
Glad you liked it!. Best wishes, Ashley.
Any study?
I'm a 67-year-old woman with pain on both sides of the back of my hips near the buttocks. I think the pain is from years of jogging, but now it's sore on a regular basis. It's not a spasm or sharp pain. I'm wondering if lying on my back and doing buttock lifts would help.
Is it normal for a 16 year old teen's hip to be popping doing lunges?
💯
Thank you

Man..watching this hot physo is enough to fix whatever pain you suffering 🤣. Thank you so much for this video. I believed mine is causing by sitting too long at the desk, and this lower back pain from my right side of my leg is too stubborn to go away considering that I am fit and stretch a lot. I need to continue to do all this exercise and hoping to find some comfort. Thank you again 🙏
This was an exceptionally good video and most worthy of a comment ... well done and well explained ... I have just been diagnosed with frozen shoulder ... I have a great physio who has prescribed much the same exercises ... your clear explanations and shoulder model were great additions to my understanding of the situation ... thanks
thanks that was very informative and helpful
I have bulging discs 😫
Seriously guys, go to an Osteopath instead. They work the muscles before doing any chiropractic adjustments. It's both gentler and more effective in my experience
Hi, just curious about the scapula. Do the scapula move as well? Or only the shoulder joint?
very clear, thanks dude
Thank you. I’m going to give it a try
What u discuss i fell the same....i live in india so its impossible to reach you physically.....if it possible i must to go to have my chek up..... outstanding explanation
Is there a waybto tell the difference between frozen shoulder or rotary tear?
i do NOT trust any KZread video in which the speaker is actually a SALESMAN getting a commission!
Any way of treating shin splints for people who can't get on the floor and use the foam?
Just started suddenly at the top of my right hip 3 days ago. I'm hoping It will just as quickly go away. These are the stretches my body has already been telling me to do.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
What if I hear a crunch or cracking sound doing these exercises
Surprisingly... ankle bands + some compression (tight socks) seems to do wonders.
How is forward neck (which you don't recommend it for) different from loss of the curvature (which you do recommend it for) ?
speaking of the weak buckle you mentioned. my buckle did break (the plastic snapped) after a few months of use. also, a major problem. the battery life degrades my about 50% after 1.5 years of use, and the batteries are NOT replaceable. when the batteries finally die you're stuck with having to throw the device out & spend another $700 USD on a new one.
Thank you very much indeed for this valuable video, for sharing your knowledge and for your amazing way of explaining every exercise. You are the best.
