i hate it when they act like a reall review but then chill there "discount" code in the end. Everyone knows its an affiliate link and your getting paid. Im doubting to buy this product and then seeing these kind of reviews are not helping

I have a “military” neck or straight instead of curved. My curvature is at 1.8 degrees when it should be 43. I’ve noticed less neck pain and have been using it about a month now. Still having issues (due to my neck being so straight) and had pretty bad pain when I first started using it but it has improved some.

This is my fourth bout with this over the years. I haven’t been doing anything particular to cause it, but I have undifferentiated spondyloarthritis and somehow seem more prone to tendonopathies that are difficult to resolve than most. My previous MD was more helpful but my current one hasn’t been and I have been trying to figure this out myself online. I appreciate your explanation and your advice regarding the realistic timeline for recovery (because we all expect it to be faster), as well as the more gentle exercises to start with before moving forward with the heavier weight lifting. Thanks very kindly again and I will look forward for more videos of yours.

I am recovering from a circular fracture of my right femur. Surgery, rod placement and unable to put weight on that leg for 6 weeks. Now I am walking with a walker as. much as I can but the pain I feel is the front of my shin. I did suffer a bad bruise there from a hockey puck slap shot 35 yrs ago but why now does it hurt so much or could it be a shin splint? You are a terrific teacher!!

I suddenly got golfer’s elbow from tennis about two months ago. The inner side of the elbow, very licalized. Not extremely bad, I can still play, but bad enough to affect my tennis and even daily life. Do the exercises you recommended work for golfer’s elbow too?

I'm a 67-year-old woman with pain on both sides of the back of my hips near the buttocks. I think the pain is from years of jogging, but now it's sore on a regular basis. It's not a spasm or sharp pain. I'm wondering if lying on my back and doing buttock lifts would help.

speaking of the weak buckle you mentioned. my buckle did break (the plastic snapped) after a few months of use. also, a major problem. the battery life degrades my about 50% after 1.5 years of use, and the batteries are NOT replaceable. when the batteries finally die you're stuck with having to throw the device out & spend another $700 USD on a new one.
