In first person? I know they made a VR version of Angry Birds, but there you hold the slingshot in your hand and shoot, so it’s more like a 3rd person. You don’t play as the bird.

True, haha! You would be surprised, but yes. You can make a game that runs inside Unity Editor, using only editor scripts.

Yes Editor level scripts can be used to make a game in the editor alone however the comment was meant rather as a cheeky stab at ditching the unity runtime to avoid the runtime fee. This can be done too, one "just" needs to find a different runtime and probably export the entire scene format and assets to a format that other runtime can read. Just in case you were looking for a similar challange :P

@fleity oh I get it now. But I don't think there is any way to build something without using Unity runtime. Unless you make a different game engine that can load and render Unity scenes and components. And then Unity would probably sue you for this haha.
