I mean no disrespect, and I am not a lawyer, but is that Crow doll a copyright infringement on the Not Forgotten Farm Pattern of the same name, Cornelia Crow? It is adorable. Again no disrespect to anyone, just curious.

Thank you for another lovely video!!! I so appreciate your honesty in how you are thinking of changing what you choose to stitch. Hey, my cross stitch and decorating Queen!!…..I need to re-re-rewatch your decorating videos, it I’m also thinking others may have a challenge that I’m working with…..I was given a lovely antique 12 inch round dough bowl. I was and am so excited….BUT I just can’t seem to pull it off like you do in your decorating. It’s not lack of little pintucks. It’s the little stuff you would need to fill the bottom with so they don’t all slide down. If you feel like it, could you share your thinking on how to get them to look so awesome in your home?

I don’t even know where to start! First of all…YAY for Little Birds! I have everything kitted for it, but I haven’t started it yet. You are the only person that I’m aware of, who is this close to a finish. It may be one of my top 3 all time favorites! I will be cheering you on in September! Second, yay for 40 minutes! It was great to spend “extra” time with you. 😊 Third…your finishes…😍. And that doll…adorable. I hope to snag one eventually! Fourth, Lori Rippey is my favorite designer. Her Lucy Mack is my number one favorite sampler. I finished the one you’re currently working on last year. I need to start the one that you have framed behind you. Fifth, your finish for your ladder back chair. Brilliant. And that box…oh my…I have prim stitchers envy. I have the bittersweet pattern. I had forgotten about it. But you have made me think I need to finish it right now! I’m sure I’ve forgotten something. But I may just have to watch again! Happy Stitching! ❤

It certainly sounds like you’ve had a busy summer with riff, trees and now siding and painting, yikes! I’m sure when the last of the painting is finished you and your husband will be able to relax and enjoy. Cornelia is a wonderful stitch and then to have a special doll to match is so fun. Bonnie’s Bittersweet and Tansy, Yarrow and Rue are both perfectly prim projects. Finishing Tansy on wool was a great idea. Little Birds is beautiful and I’m sure you can figure out the error in the project. Have a wonderful rest of summer and I look forward to seeing your next video. You’re going to have to do a little review of your stitching room when you have it arranged the way you want it. Love the black cabinets that are behind you. Take care! I was thinking about your larger size sampler piece and ways to display other than a framed piece on the wall. I did a search on E-Bay for wood fireplace screens. There are some that are frames on a wood stand meant for needlepoint. One was very reasonable except for the shipping. Maybe you could find something like that locally or maybe your husband could get creative a base from something like a sewing stand, etc. Also, your piece could be the center medallion of a quilt.

I completely understand the need to stitch small/medium projects. For 2024 I overestimated how much I could accomplish and have three large projects by Brenda Gervais, Blackbird Designs, and Plum Street. The Brenda Gervais, Every Opening Flower is finished, not framed. The others will be a dash to the finish line. Meanwhile all my other crafting loves have suffered. I plan to be more discerning for 2025 and more realistic with my time. Love your stitching and always look forward to seeing your Flosstubes❤

This was a delightful podcast on so many levels. Your Pineberry Lane finish is prim perfect. Like many of us wall space is at a premium and this is wow finish and budget friendly. Thank you for sharing. I had a dear friend who got me hooked on bittersweet, so am looking forward to seeing that finish as well. My favorite and most relatable part was your BB sampler. There are definitely those samplers that keep me humble. I just finished my version of A Savior’s Praise and the middle section barely resembles the original. My count was sooooo off that entire motifs had to be omitted, but I persevered and am pleased with how it turned out. Hang in there.
