  ik that women are 3x more likely to develop depression but this is why men get a month to their mental health and women only get a week. society has shaped men (and many women but more commonly men) to not be able to cry unless something very bad happens. i get that there are lots of injustices to women and their rights but society isn’t great for men either. (coming from a very feminist girl, not the ones that think women deserve better than men tho)

  ❤❤❤❤❤❤it's very possible dad had untreated depression as well - you can make it - it gets better - hope you are getting treatment/therapy and it's OK to keep trying different treatment/therapists until find what works - prayer amd exercise helps too - praying for you

  Hey Brother - Avicii (I hope I spelled that right) I listen to that one all the time as it reminds me of all the fun memories that I have of my sister, and some people I consider as my brother. The Nights - also by Avicii Just a reminder for me that we have one life to make an impact. But that impact is heavily dependent on what we want it to become. Viva la Vida- lyrics by Coldplay reminds me that nothing lasts forever, so it’s important to cherish the best moments, and continue to learn from the lowest points of life. A Thousand Years- Christina Perri The first slow dance I’ve had with my girl. Whole Heart - Hillsong United This one’s one of my favorites. I just don’t play it in front of people anymore. Sometimes these songs help me keep going when I’m having a hard time or when it’s hard not to feel guilty or alone. Eventually my friends picked up that if I’m listening to music, usually it’s a bad/tough day for me.😂

  the fact that i started doing that about 6 months ago is crazy, i hated the way i looked back then i weight 210-215 lbs which is overweight for my height, so i started a weight loss journey, just weighed in today at 183, goal is 170-165.

  I owe myself a apology, I’ve been hating on myself the second i finally saw truly saw how ugly i was. Im insecure about almost everything you can think of and i hate it, i do have a gf but i struggle to see why she likes me. I am just a unlovable person in general, i have problems with going outside, talking to people, loving myself and etc. i cry myself to sleep almost every night wishing i wasn’t me, i struggle to keep friendships and as I’m typing this i have 2 irl friends that i talk to, sometimes i wish i could finally like and respect myself but at this point i feel like i cant. I also feel like my gf doesn’t want to be with me anymore but she feels bad about my pathetic life, thanks for letting me vent.
