Is that 60' converted fishing boat that was recently for sale anchored in Maple Bay? All the exterior is fiberglassed over.

The boats still a float. No capsizing no cutting it a drift. It held my personal possessions inside it while removing the keel and still does to this day. This boat is worth more in pieces then as a hole. Cheers

I can contest to this^ what looked odd to some was just a normal marine time practice . Within only two days he had the job completed. In the boat was back floating. With people on shore lost for words ! It was a successful endeavor, and he knew exactly what he was doing !

How high will the tide rise? Looks like just Low tide stranding. Wrong place to anchor or tie up. They may re-float and then can be moved. The one guy looks like he is just waiting on the tide.

It would be a shame if it capsizes with him in it…

He will only. Get about $1,200 for the led keel. There is a $15,000 fine for abandoning boats on shore. Buddy could get the fine for taking the keel, making the boat unrecoverable

Did you ask him why he’s not just selling the boat?

So he's going to dump the boat at sea? Probably wasn't happy you filmed it.

You can do this to clean the bottom, but never to do major repairs like dropping the keel.

It would most surely float up without water coming, at frist the keel is resting on the ground of the water only was to support the weight of the hull and now the keel. Soon the boat will be at a normal heeling angle. Why is he unbolting the keel? That part i do not understand

@@SailorScott You don't need to film and post like it was some ethereal experience where this creature came to you for interaction. If you're unaware, influencers and disrespectful tourists are abusing the world's wildlife for clicks. Keep the experience to yourself.

@@sportyster6432 you do realize that if hadn’t of rescued it off the fishing boat and then released it peacefully It would have been eaten as calamari.
