  I was there and it was Epic You had to b there to even understand and I also saw Zep in the 70’s in their heyday People were starving for any Zeppelin they could get back then and if u listen to the crowd it didn’t sound like any haters among the 110k people there Add to the fact that the Goodyear blimp was flying overhead when they came out

  I hope, someone one day finds away to upscale this, to modern video standards and enhanced audio. Still a brilliant recording. One of my most favourite bands. Finally got to play a 12 string a couple of months ago, no guesses for what song I chose to play first (Yes the forbidden song). :) It won't be long and this will be all we have to remember these amazing bands by, please everyone keep supporting. I recommend John's son's, concert as well. Nearest I've seen and heard to the Original 'Zeppelin'. I really can't think of another band, that has been close musically unless they are a covers band. Surely, the formula could be re-done. But as we are finding some things when it comes to creative endeavors, can really only exist in their now. However I do think like the 'Beatles', if we are all still here, will still be listening to all that participated at Live Aid, well after they have joined 'The faithful departed'. :)

  Well... in the second song the voice of plant is incredibly much better.... here 7:37 looks jimmy and robert enjoy...and stairway to heaven guitar intro is not bad i think..is good...considering the heat, the lights over the stage.. play in front too many people..come on.. is very hard do that.. and i are not a fan of led Zeppelin

  The person that took it was the hardest was the fan who got the opportunity to perform with a group he admired: Phil Collins. Collins is a super drummer on a bad day.

  Saw this live on tv in the northeast US with my parents when I was 10. Waiting all day sweating our asses off in the July heat...I didnt know the difference between a good and bad show at that point. I was seeing the mighty Zepp live and that was magic.

  This is what happens when bands don’t lip sync and play to click tracks and 10 pre-recorded backing tracks. Yea, it’s a little sloppy but that is the magic of live music 🎶
