  But yet you have to listen to trains all day and look at run down homes falling apart around you as gentrification is still in process. Still a high crime area as well as you have poor families still living in surrounding neighborhoods. You also have to listen to cars racing all night from the nearby freeway, not to mention the gun shots. I don't live far from here. I would never pay that much to live there. No thanks.

  I am left with my 2013 square foot house and it can fit 7 cars in the Driveway and two in the Garage and very far from the Neighbors.. The houses of today, if you have a Party, no one can park and if the one next door burns down, yours it burns too

  San Antonio has no tax rate at 3% .. for the most part it’s around 2.28% & second, I want you to google the last time San Antonio has ever experienced a tornado & see what you come up with 👍
