The content presented here cannot cover all of the information and material regarding such a diverse area of study around entheogenic (& psychedelic) plants. It is merely a starting point to be used in conjunction with other source material and research to explore the discourse surrounding these compounds and their potential benefits in plant research, pharmacology, botany and culture. Some of the practices and ideas our speakers describe are embedded in cultural and religious traditions that may inform and reduce the risks associated with their use. Research, due diligence and caution is recommended when working with medicinal plants. EGA supports a facts-based approach towards drug use, research and policy development. Found them in the yarra valley also has to be good conditions and they grow quite big from what I hear.
Kitty looks like a party girl
I've read on the web that the woman he teamed up with was the real brains behind the chemistry operation and that Owsley would pose with chemistry books when people would visit making it look like he knew what he was doing. lol He didn't count on the internet exposing his game! They hired other women to make more and more as it was selling like hotcakes. Owsley was a prolific salesman though and he is fun to listen to.
The photos at 8.19 are excellent. Perfect example of what they look like (in the parts of Australia you've mentioned). For me the wavy stem is one of the most unique identifiers of gold tops. That and the blue tinge as they bruise, as you've mentioned. Thanks for info about the gill colour changing from cream to brown with age. I didn't know that, and found a cream gilled one and was wondering why it wasn't more brown.
Interesting, It’s as if it draws on whatever information is already available in the person’s database. I don’t think this trip is a coincidence given Dennis’s academic background.
Is it too political to make an app to identify these rooms ??? we have many apps for other flora why not rooms .. to save people from danger !!!
John Seed is such a legend. Amazing to hear him share just a piece of what he has accomplished and his perspective. I am excited to be interviewing him myself in a few days from now.
Thanks Bear. You may have felt you didnt affect society in a positive way, but you did. Thanks Bear

Why isn't this the first result for 5-meo-dmt
Although they may contain high contents in the leaves and stems the chlorophyll makes extraction very difficult
Handy stuff
keep up the good work
Ofc this only has 400 views... No way aussies can get factual information anywhere unless its supported and pushed by one of the political parties. Pretty sad, especially after that a woman killed 3 people.
History huh? Thank you for this content.
I love this video, I like how it covers the basic history of the mushroom and the strains 😊
Good to see this new post from Mr. Barlow. I enjoyed the content and saved it to my mycology folder for future reference. Keep up the Great Work.
Smurfs Turn blue very quick , instanly , might find ones actually blue among the pack sometimes ...had it nothing happen ,best night ever ....foraging is a quest , buggered by the of end of day ...safrrons and jacks along way too...its fun
Thanks bro
We here in So. Calif. have a short mushroom season in May. I found some panaeolus that looked possibly active? I've found Panaelous before here that were active, but, they're not as potent as Psilocybin but, still was very amusing with similar effects! Magic mushrooms apparently grow in many places throughout the world!
This must be the 8th time I listen to this. and each time it's just nurturing. Thank you again Lila
Awesome. Thanks from New Zealand.
so here we have it on authority from the Master that LSD is NOT an entheogen, this is very useful information
Wow!
The sadness I feel when I hear Bear tell the tale is what it means to be GenJones... Have to break on through that. 🪷
If psilocybin is supposed to deter slugs, it does a damn terrible job of it, this I can assure you. 😊 This includes _P. subaeruginosa_ grown outdoors in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Seems to me _P. zapotecorum_ would be a good place to start for designer shrooms.
Are there _P. subaeruginosa_ variants in Australia that are close to _P. allenii_ ? What's strange to me is that _P. allenii,_ _P. azurescens,_ _P. cyanescens_ remain entirely *distinct* macroscopically in N. America. Why should that be if these are all the same species? Hell, they even occur in close proximity to each other.
I'm surprised Owsley didn't know about the missing earth curvature. You'd figure he would have realized while standing on Muir Beach looking out at the ocean that it wasn't a giant hill of water bending down away from him. Water hills don't exist.
Very beautiful presentation! I especially liked hearing about hormesis- I've never heard it explained like that. So good! Thank you🥰
How old or the cactuses you’re walking through
Ingredients are easily accessible online if you watching these videos, you probably don’t know what you’re doing anyway. 😂
Thanks bear 🐻
Did you know this mushroom once used to eat decay but died, went extinct and returned without that free living lifestyle for digs with trees and the sugar that trees eat sounds like born again what do you think the current scientist who found that 4 may have returned from extinction is named Wolfe?
What a great guy love your work 👏 thankyou
Without knowing anything else. My guess is poor soil. Not enough nutients, and not enough biodiversity within the soil. Also shows with the amount of growth they Have in one season you can each seasons growth and its not much. But fantastic collection regardless.
Just by chance you crossed a diamond with a pearl, you turned it on the world, that's when you turned the world around.
MAPS is a massive part of the technocratic control of individual use of psychedelics. MAPS are trying to be In control and to steer the this as a mouldable movement for their own reasons. They should have no part. Be wary of the money they are throwing around and dig a bit into what they are trying to achieve
Catch him now while he can still remember it.....
Kool video mate. Just wondering about the nutritional content of the fruit? Do they also contain mescaline? The inside kinda looks like a dragon fruit. So maybe it has sum medicinal benefits?
Hi hate to say this because I want so much to hear and understand this video but half way through sentences she goes into what I call a frog type voice which makes the end of her sentences very hard to get. SORRY!
English is not Anya first language, be kind.
Maybe you know only English. SORRY. I understand her perfectly. But I can speak 5 languages. Don't condemn anybody!
AI watching therapy videos uploaded securely to the blockchain could be a good solution.
I need to start attending these events... These are the kind of people I'm missing these days.
I have heard from a reliable source that alutacea & semilanceata does grow on the Mid North Coast, NSW
Cool panel.... I have been enjoying it so far... It is my personal opinion that Hypnotherapy may be able to provide a solid framework for the best ways to make use of Psychedelics... In my experience I have found that Hypnotic Autosuggestion allows me to effectively navigate plus enjoy the Psychedelic head space... Cheerz! :)
Good panel, sound get better as it goes. So definitely stick with it as it worth it for a good slice of what going on downunder in Psychedelic and related research.
lol. you sound like alex from a clockwork orange. it makes san pedro growing seem slightly sinister.
Grateful Dead....Let my inspiration flow, in token ryhme suggesting ryhthm🎉...
