  I have the 80 amp version and I can only get 40 amps out of the controller @ 24 volts. I have a 3000 watt solar array. Put even on a perfect day It produces 1100 watts out of 3000. Any advice?

  High frequency, inverters offer poorer surge capacities and shorter life expectancies than heavy duty low frequency, transformer based inverters. You should design and build low frequency, inverters instead.

  it is OK，BUt If the bettery built in BMS, you had batter to ask the battery supplier for the parameters of BMS and set the UVR 、UVP.

  I just purchased the 2000 watt unit, the first time I used it to charge the battery bank it worked perfectly, now when I connect it to the generator it constantly switches between charger and inverter modes, it’s not showing any fault but it will not charge the batteries. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  What do the different modes do?

  1. AC Input Priority--- Preferential use of municipal electricity, (household 110V AC) municipal power outage to battery power supply, municipal power to return to municipal power supply! 2. Battery priority mode -- Priority should be given to battery power supply. After low voltage protection, the battery will be transferred to market power supply. When the battery is full, the battery will be transferred back to battery power. For example, 12V system, when the battery voltage ≥13V, it will transfer to battery power, when the battery voltage ≤ 10.5v, switch to the mains mode, provide ac output, and automatically charge the battery. Switching voltage is be adjusted. 3. ECO Mode---Load < 10% automatic sleep and stop output, load > 10% automatic boot back to normal inversion. 4. Generator mode -- use unstable generator 220V to generate power, access the inverter AC input, through the inverter AVR regulator, automatic matching 50HZ/60HZ municipal frequency, output voltage regulator in the normal operating range. 5. Unattended Mode---When the battery is low voltage, the inverter goes into standby state(Power saving state). When the battery restores the voltage value set by yourself (such as solar charging), the inverter will restore the normal output of the inverter, and realize unattended full automatic operation! If you are using the battery priority and disconnect the AC grid power, the inverter will stop working when the battery down to 10V.
