There are definitely wrong choices. Like choosing to use bourbon instead of rye in an old fashioned and still mistakenly calling it an old fashioned

Some facts is straight wrong here. You showed an Anejo "brown" bottle and said stay away because of additives.... Um all that means it's the same exact Blanco "clear" tequila except it's aged for up to 3 years. Literally no other difference

Rum the only spirit worth drinking, but only on its own. Or add a tot to a pint of Guinness.

FYI: "Deer, Bear, & Moose" is a name proprietary to Flaviar. It is a sourced Scotch whisky, though neither this video nor the accompanying booklet name the source distillery. It is possible this bottling is from "Isle of Arran" distillery, vintage 2007 according to the picture. It's a nice highland scotch, but I'm not picking out distinct flavors/aromas - blame my older, limited senses. Possibly, if it had been bottled at more than the required minimum 40% ABV (80 proof), I would get more. YMMV.

And remember, just because it qualifies as bourbon doesn’t mean it’s whisky. Bourbon, as well as Rye, is a type of whisky. And Tennessee Whisky is also technically it’s own classification that has a lot in common with bourbon.

My home cocktail is the Negroni but with a twist. I don't see the Negroni as a cocktail, it's an apéritifs, a digestive you sip after dinner. In order to dress it up as a cocktail I add 1 shot of key lime juice and equal parts orange soda water. Try it that way and you won't go back.

Buffalo Wild Wings, which has a decently stocked bar, didn’t add egg whites and the relatively knowledgeable female bartender didn’t make an effort to correct it when I asked.

He was definitely an alcoholic. He started drinking the moment he woke up and didn't stop until bedtime. He just had very high alcohol tolerance. But listen to how he slurs his way through those iconic war speeches. He's obviously intoxicated. He was always drunk in public, he was just never rowdy and kept his comportment. He still needed a walking stick to prop himself up, though.
