I would suggest directly emailing the porche ceo. We bought a used cayenne gts and it came with scratched up rims and tires with no thread. The dealer basically scammed us and said that’s not their problem anymore. So we went and emailed the ceo of porche at the time, which sounds like a long shot I know, and almost immediately got a response back from an employee. They had us go to the nearest dealer and they swapped out tires and fixed wheels for us all free of cost, costing corporate almost 5 grand. From my experience their customer support was great and we didn’t get any questions they just fixed it for us, so I doubt something as small as this will be an issue for them.

Don’t ever buy a Porsche then. Weak arguments. Not a 140k car. If you paid that you paid way over. Find a solution instead of ranting. Yes, I agree bad quality. There are plenty of forums where you can solve the problem.

1. very respnsible to record this all while driving makes you look very good couldn't just park the car for 5 minutes to shoot this video and not endanger everyone on the road for your silly bitching. 2. They can't help that the dial isn't avalible as a stand alone part, not really the dealers problem more of the manufactures problem of whoever makes the dial or center console control center. 3. in fareness the dealership is again not really responsible for it not being covered under warranty as it technically is outside influence and if they replace it under warranty it could get rejected by porsche warranty and then the dealership could be resposible for paying the price of the repair and the replacement part. 4. Its not a lemon just because a knob falls off and its not falling apart just because of 2 knobs maybe don't handle them like a fucking ape, and its not a scam its the cost of the part jesus fucking christ how did you ever make enough money to afford this car with how little common sense you have 5. what a fucking monologue

Bro, you are telling the world your life is falling apart because the caps knobs on your 140K car keeps falling off. You need to drive to the nearest children’s hospital and visit the kids dying from cancer to get some perspective on life. God bless you, man…

Make friends with someone in parts and a service advisor. That always the best approach and that’s what I’ve always done with my bmws and Porsches. They can discount the shit out of service and parts. And I understand your upset but the part is definitely made in Germany not china lol

Did you at least try a different dealer/service center before playing the "I'm an influencer card"? Usually asking nicely gets you further in live than threatening someone especially when it's about a 1$ part. I've hade something similar happen to me with Mercedes after asking them if there's anyway that I could by a broken blinker cap from them they told me that's sadly they aren't allowed to sell it on its own but if I look around after closing time I might just find something in the trash 😉 and upon returning after they had closed they left a box with the cap there for me 😅. Companies especially dealer ships don't want to loose a customer due to a part that costs them a buck especially in a time like nowadays.

This is after 2 rounds with my local Porsche dealership and one investigation/dispute with Porsche North America. The nice guy act wasn’t getting me anywhere. Like I said, this is the last thing I wanted to do, but I am not going to let a multi billion dollar company take advantage of me and not feel it somehow. Even if it is small. The truth should be heard.
