  Here is the recipe of the Lobster in Catalana Style : Ingredients Lobster Cherry tomatoes Lemons Red onions Olive oil Spices Vinegar 1. Fill the pot with the water 2. Put on fire and boil 3. Add 3 tbsp of salt to the pan 4. Also a lot of Pepper 5. Put the lobster in the water 6. Cover with the lid and Boil The rule of thumb is 1 minute per 100 grams . In our case it is 2,5 kilograms, so we should boil it 25 minutes. 7. Peel red onion 8. Cut the onion and put in a bowl 9. Add vinegar to onion 10. Add lemon juice 11. Mix it 12. Cut tomatoes 13. Get the lobster out 14. And cut on half 15. Serve to the dish 16. Put the onion on the lobster 17. Tomatoes 18. Greens 19. Lemon juice 20.
