Please don’t do this it’s going to scratch the non stick coating and it will constantly stain and burn in that spot .

Curious... before you posted this thread, did you not read all the other comments below? Sure, if you dump a ton of salt in the pan and grind it in, you're begging for problems. My point is, use a "little" salt to create an edge for the rag to get a hold of and pull on as you rub. The rest is magic. I found it worked great and shared it. Seems a lot of other folks tried it and found the same result.

@@UtahMTB I tried it unfortunately JUST like u did in the video and it seemed to be great and now everything I cook sticks there and it’s ruin my expensive pan. I don’t care what the other comments say .. I’m sure if I looked there’s more ppl like me warning it could do this .. just a guess though.

So I thought my Black Diamond nonstick pan was heading for the trash. I decided to give it a shot and look on KZread to see if anyone can help. Came across your channel and tried the salt. It worked. And the surface doesn’t looked scratched at all. It took some determined effort and time, but it’s now off. I’m so glad. The pan was kinda expensive. Thank you!

I've had enough of these non-stick pans, they lose there non-stick after 4 to 5 months if you cook every day. They also stain up pretty badly. I've decided to buy one of the more expensive pans, like stainless steel. It cost twice the amount of a non-stick, but they last 5 to 10 years.
