I feel like there was too much thought that went into the brush strokes. The tonality needs to be tighter, less blotchy. Overall I would definitely love to do this.

Did thr colour change after 2 months. At first it looked beige buy 3 months later it looks grey

So you mixed the lime wash with water to desired consistency, then used the water to paint on the walls? Going to be doing this soon & don’t know if should use water from the paint or the paint itself… if that makes sense…

This limewash came in ready to go- we didn't have to add water to it. The sediment sinks to the bottom and so it's recommended to regularly stir to mix 😊

Hey, it's just two layers using the brush each time. More layers will have a flatter, smoother appearance.

Love this wall piece but really don’t understand the cement! I think it takes away from the overall look. Perhaps if the cement had been a more natural wood tone? But I think it was ingenious of you to distress the pallet wood the way you did. It must weigh a ton! How did you secure it to the wall? 👏👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🥰

Thank you, I appreciate this! I tried to give the cement a warmer tone which worked a little but it did still dry grey. I'm planning on hanging it like a regular painting but with sturdier attachments 🤔

Can soil be put into these bowls with a live plant? Or are they basically decor? Love the second bowl. This is the first time I’ve seen someone actually use the bowls, not just as a mould but as the core to the project. 👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰

That's very observant of you about the bowls being used as the core! I don't expose them to water because of the materials used. I'm using them as a catch-all instead.
