    I love the outcome! Is this color more of a grey or beige?

    I feel like there was too much thought that went into the brush strokes. The tonality needs to be tighter, less blotchy. Overall I would definitely love to do this.

    Did thr colour change after 2 months. At first it looked beige buy 3 months later it looks grey

    So you mixed the lime wash with water to desired consistency, then used the water to paint on the walls? Going to be doing this soon & don’t know if should use water from the paint or the paint itself… if that makes sense…

  • @rheacipriano
    @rheacipriano2 ай бұрын

    This limewash came in ready to go- we didn't have to add water to it. The sediment sinks to the bottom and so it's recommended to regularly stir to mix 😊

    Second layer is the same strength as the first. More layers make for less texture (more flat)

    Hi @rheacipriano! Just curious what the paint color is that was on the walls before you started. I’m about to paint my room and love the color you started with before you primed it. I’m considering doing only one wall in the lime wash so I’m looking for a nice beige/gray color for the rest of the walls. Please share what the color is if you could!! Thanks!!

    Love this wall piece but really don’t understand the cement! I think it takes away from the overall look. Perhaps if the cement had been a more natural wood tone? But I think it was ingenious of you to distress the pallet wood the way you did. It must weigh a ton! How did you secure it to the wall? 👏👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🥰

  • @rheacipriano
    @rheacipriano11 ай бұрын

    Thank you, I appreciate this! I tried to give the cement a warmer tone which worked a little but it did still dry grey. I'm planning on hanging it like a regular painting but with sturdier attachments 🤔

    Can soil be put into these bowls with a live plant? Or are they basically decor? Love the second bowl. This is the first time I’ve seen someone actually use the bowls, not just as a mould but as the core to the project. 👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰

  • @rheacipriano
    @rheacipriano11 ай бұрын

    That's very observant of you about the bowls being used as the core! I don't expose them to water because of the materials used. I'm using them as a catch-all instead.
