If you have minimal Cupids bow and a linear wide smile this is an amazing procedure. For people with a defined full Cupid bow and corners that are not linear to the cupids bow but descend downward do not do this procedure it will give you a downturned smile aka as resting bi$ch face
The after picture looks worse in terms of more prominent neck lines. This woman needs her money back... seriously.

I have developed a resistance to local anaesthetic. The last time I had a filling, I was in agony. I'm not exaggerating. It's not a low pain tolerance. I've had two cerebral venous sinus thromboses (strokes) which as unbearable as they were, a filling without working anaesthetic was worse.. The NHS refuses to consider general anaesthetic. They keep saying they'll only give me conscious sedation, despite the fact that I've already explained that I know full well that it is Not an anaesthetic and does not stop pain. I've also already had conscious sedation for a gastroscopy. I know what it's like. I *DO* remember it and all it did was make me less able to communicate that I was extremely uncomfortable and less able to follow instructions.. and this was for a procedure that wasn't even painful, Just very uncomfortable. I remember struggling because I was very aware of the tube in my throat. Imagine this for a procedure that normally requires local anaesthetic because it is extremely painful... But the patient does not response whatsoever to local anaesthetic, so no matter what, they are going to feel extreme pain. So, with conscious sedation added into the mix, this patient will also be unable to move properly, unable to communicate the pain and discomfort. Again, the NHS keep ignoring the points I make. They talk about risks, which range from unlikely to literally zero -- I know I'm not allergic for example, because I have had it before. And one of them, which is ridiculously unlikely, is the possibility of waking up during the procedure and being in pain... Compare that with the absolute certainty of being in pain with conscious sedation. And after they go on about risks, they tell me that private practitioners will gladly do it.. I had already pre-explained that this would be an inappropriate response, because I should not be forced to go Private for treatment that I require, due to my medical needs.. yet they suggested it anyway. And if they were so concerned about these risks, why would a private practitioner be up for it? Why are they treating me like this? Why can't I get the treatment that I clearly need?

At same time of lip lift you can do a corner lift. I got bull horn muscle lift and my corners of my mouth look weird 😂
