  Worst experience of Meesho grocery Had ordered product through Meesho grocery, they neither shared delivery person numbers, nor mentioned particular delivery timings, instead they mentioned next day delivery from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. The product doesn’t arrives on next day, they changed the date again and showed next to next day delivery, when I enquired from customer care, they told us it’s on the way you will receive it today before 6 pm, the delivery is otp based, they didn’t the product next day also, this time they showed the product is delivered. I ask from customer care, it’s a otp based delivery, how you showed it’s delivered if I hadn’t received the product, they told me there is some error in their app and they can’t rectify it, It’s so embarrassing you ordered the product through Meesho grocery, waited for two days and even though you hadn’t received the product, they are showing it’s delivered. If it’s otp based, how they are doing so. Moreover it’s a cash on delivery, if I had made it prepaid order, it may be a big loss for me. I don’t know how this Meesho grocery app is surviving in India, isn’t there any law for these kind of cheating to customers?
