I tried a Mohawk toner and it dried foggy/cloudy. I’ve heard this is due to humidity. Is there a specific humidity % I need to wait for in order to avoid these cloudy drying issues? Thanks!

Can it be cleaned as usual? Does this become permanent? And if so, on its own or by the application of a sealer of some sort?

Hi. I had 2 minor scratches on my coffee table and I tried this product to cover up the scratches- I rubbed the fil stik perpendicular to the scratch and then used a credit card to peel away the excess- I can still see the scratches and the wax did not conceal the scratches entirely. I bought a set of 12 stiks on Amazon and was hoping this would work.

I used to this repair chips along the edge of my white ikea desk but I noticed that after a short amount of time the wax filler removes, most likely from my arms rubbing against the area when using the desk. What can I use to seal this in so it doesn’t remove so easily?

Why Wool lube? It just adds more contaminants to the surface. Also, if allowed to stand for a while, the solids will settle to the bottom and won't remix at all.

How to repair it if it has more damage/scratches? e.g. hit with an axe but the wood itself isn't damaged only chunk of paint is off. Would this method work on lets say 5x5cm area?

Hello, for deeper repairs I would recommend using an Epoxy stick or wood filler. to see a full lineup of products check out our website at www.mohawk-finishing.com/
