Native Trails has the worst customer service and do not back their products at all! We bought a tub and it got damaged. We have tried to deal with a sales rep, reached out to the company, and reached out on email. We get no response from anyone except to buy a new tub. I will not spend another 10k on one of these tubs again. We would have to break the tub in pieces to carry out or take a window out and rent a crane to attempt to take it out whole and put another in. We have repaired it with white concrete(what its made from) and are painting it . I would tell anyone considering purhcaing one of these to look at any other company but Native Trails. They only care about making a sale and not backing up their product!

I purchased 2 of native trails cement bathroom sinks and they are horrible. One has a hole in it and another has a glob on in that (that I believe a subcontractor spilled) however it can’t be removed. They sent me repair kit however it’s very involved.. no one can come and do this repair from the company. Nor will they allow me to return. They do not “hold up” like the speaker says.. this is new construction, brand new sinks and nothing but issues..

Do not buy anything from the thor company I bought my stove 4 months ago it has not worked in 2 months horrible customer service they will not even come out to fix it I don't care what anybody says I'm living it this is a horrible company

Then why are your sinks built in Vietnam? I purchased a stone sink from Connecticut based Plimton & Hills less than 2 years ago. It began to crack 6 months in. I called P&H, they called Native Trails and I was mailed a repair kit that is for repairing pock marks, not fractures. You would not warranty the sink because, I purchased a showroom item (not to save money, but time) and you will not stand behind your products. Shame on you. (I too live in Michigan and Mexico bringing back artisan products to sell and that is why I purchased this sink)

Have to say Ilve service SUCKS!!! Bought a new 40" and one of the ignitors stopped working within a month, called them for service and 4 weeks later - no communication. When I call, service person is out sick or just missed, out to lunch. What bullshit! So Pissed! Don't waste your time with this brand. Go with a more established brand. If I can't get service in a large city, good luck if you live in a smaller populated area.

We are thinking of getting the 40" majestic electric range. Our previous range was 40'" and the space is 40" so we are stuck because there are NO electric ranges anywhere for sale!

@@cathyjdarby we were in the same boat. Not much to choose from in the 40" size. Most ranges go from 36" to 48" as the next size up. Appliance Connection sells Ilve and has 40" range. Our unit is finally working in a stable way after some frustrating hiccups that we finally got addressed. But it's dual fuel, gas stove, electric ovens.

On my Control4 system I use many tv, is it possible to have the exact copy of each remote control on my Control4 system, so I could use the copy of my tv original to make any ajustements on any tv program on my Control4.?

WOW, this is the best you could come up with? These people are not what I consider designers but more like decorators. A true designer goes beyond the finished look, a true designer knows how to build their piece instead of handing it over to someone to figure out how to build it for them, I have run into too many "designers" like that. The inner structure, what the endurance will be, like the hair/hide countertop, OMG what a foolish thing to have on a countertop. "it's durable", yes it's durable but how's that stain from last nights wine glass that tipped over doing? The stain coming out of it? Bet not, it's longevity is short lived in a well used area, it might work on a hall table where it's hardly ever touched, but not anywhere else. There's a lot I could say here, some good, some common knowledge, some I disagree with, but I have a lot of years behind me working on very high end jobs here in Florida. I wish them the best.

My very bad experience with DesignGalleria, Matthew Quinn and Sarah Beecham : Supplier, be aware of the business. They order from you, pay with Paypal and do a charge-back with their credit card/bank and pretend they never received their order. They make it delivered to a 3rd party and a different address. Lost 2000usd with them. They order under the name of Matthew Quinn/DesignGalleria and send payment under the name of Sarah Beecham.
