  which way did you rotate the flywheel since you are doing it from the alternator. or does not matter which way it rotates as long as the white mark is align?

  I'm from columbus drive 7 hours to Virginia because I trust this guy to replace my injector, cup, and adjust the valve. This guy is a mechanic i can trust and the price he gave me plus a hotel and gas was still better than what other shops offered me. Thanks 😊

  That horseshoe pipe is a nightmare to prevent from leaking either at idle or under load Its tha collar on the pipe itself on the lower portion

  The EGR connection pipe - I bought one on eBay made of aluminum instead of plastic(great stuff, you'll have it for life). My old one cracked to many pieces.

  I never had to lift motor on my '12 just remove the brackets for the cooler and twist and roll the cooler out

  Great video for cleaning EGR cooler on the D13 engine. I have a 2017 VNL 780 with a D13 and had to fix a coolant leak coming from that plastic connection pipe joint. I didn’t have to remove the EGR cooler to fix the leak. It would have been nice to see your method so I could have cleaned out my cooler. I didn’t want to remove the turbo so I just replace the pipe and o-rings. Unfortunately my truck is at that mileage where all the after treatment components need serviced and the dealer charges thousands for any of these repairs. If you have any tips on saving money when it comes down to after treatment system let us know. Thanks for the informative content.

  Good video but you torqued the new injector hold down bolt twice, it’s a torque to yield bolt and that rocker shaft torquing was terrible

  Procedure is 15+ 180 degrees minus 110 degrees plus 90 degrees and can be reused 5 times But that's if you want the truck to come back every year. This truck will never have problem with cups again and still good after 4-5 years. Rockershaft is fine fot one hand but torque is a little higher now 30+120

  Depending on year, trans cooler either on engine radiator or on left side of transmission. No dipstick but looking glass on right side

  Dealer should have it. Otherwise you can get aftermarket for much cheaper but maybe won't last long

  Replace that plastic connector with the steel one, it will save you some headaches in the future
