  There is a difference, the water moving around gives a different stimulus. It won’t be a bad idea to get one if you want a different stimulus. The traditional one is also good

  I have a friend who makes them for me at a very descent price. Or I’m sure there is a company called “hydro mace” that makes them too, a bit pricey for those ones though
