  Yeah this clip still isnt making me buy the whole tipping culture. If your employees are relying on tips, then you're not setting out fair employment conditions. Waiting on tables should not rely on the generosity of others to cover their salaries. Tipping is supposed to be considered a bonus for exceptional service - on TOP of an agreed upon salary, not something to be entitled to.

  Context: the cops in uniform here were taking a young boy (Hector) to see the jail and experience it and also see his brother to hopefully straighten him out because he was starting to become a trouble maker like his older brother here. During this visit, a riot breaks out and the prison is somewhat over ran. But these police officers manage to get the young boy (Hector) out and because of them making sure the kid got out safe, his older brother (who’s a powerful player in this Mexican gang) stands up to the opposing gang to let these officers and the staff leave unharmed. (As you saw)
