What's the red hand machine you used to cut the sheet metal on the floor please?

I assume you're talking about the hand shear I used to cut the outer skin. It's from Harbor freight. Basically it's a drill style with a sheer cut head

After using it for Powdercoating......probably don't want to cook anything in it. Will have a tangy aftertaste!

I am curious about what type of lights you installed. Powder coating usually is at temperatures around 400-450 degrees, most lights would fail and short out. Also, I like how basic your control panel is. Would be interested in getting the material list for the controller as well.

Lights are oven lights. Controller is a Microchip PIC 8-bit controller I programmed. Controls 3 high power relay boards I got from Sparkfun that can be controlled by the 5V output of the PIC. Then its a 2x16 LCD display, also from SParkfun, a 10-turn potentiometer, an oven temperature sensor, a simple switch for the door, and misc. resistors/wires to put it all together. Oh, and 5V power supply.

I watched your video and I like the size you built. I've seen a few other videos similar to yours. They used pop rivets to attach the sheet metal. I can not tell if you used pop rivets or sheet metal screw (or tek screws). And I would be wondering why drill and then rivet when a self drilling tek screw would be quicker.

You're correct. I used self drilling sheet metal screws.
