  My perio wants to use general anesthesia to extract a tooth and do a bone graft, she said because the root is fractured and there's lots of water flushing involved (I guess would cause a feeling of choking). Wouldn't nitrous oxide be enough though? Really want to avoid general anesthesia and its cost.

  I chipped a front inside tooth ( where the young rests) my tongue wanted yo get rid of the chip non stop went & had bone placed there to cover small chip I since have had awful burning tongue for 7 months

  this is caused by hsv 1. anyone that has this should be tested immediately for hsv1. The cure is antiviral meds.

  Does the procedure you described here remove infection in accessory canals? I don't see how it would do that.
