    Most likely, you are probably wrapping the yarn around your needle in the opposite direction. If you look up what the "legs" of a knit stitch are, it will explain how stitches get twisted.

    I now have three different descriptions for fisherman's rib but this one is basically a brioche stitch and the other two are not.

    I would suggest you use a white table if you are using brown yarn and bamboo needles. Everything is brown except your pink fingers. Also.....why not show hiw to hold the yarn? Set up and tension?😮

    I've watched a bunch of videos on increasing and this is the first one that distinguishes between increasing on the knit side and increasing on the purl side. Why does nobody else talk about this?? I thought for sure the technique must be different, thank you for this.
