Wow, there's no need for anyone to be bored here Andy - or hungry. That's a large holiday park. Plenty of room for everyone. The facilities are amazing. Spacious caravan. Booking well in advance is a great way to save money. Good review Andy. I hope you had a great week there. 👌🇳🇱🙋♀🥝
Thanks for watching Anita. Yes, plenty of facilities although, as Parkdean's parks go, this one was quite a bit smaller than the one we visited at Skegness last year. Similarly, this was the smallest caravan they offered, as there were just the two of us it seemed pointless going for one of the bigger caravans. The January booking saved me over £200 so, it's worth booking ahead.
Great place for the kids. I struggle with it to be honest as I can’t drag them away from the lights and sounds 😁👍

Looked well laid out park and not too cramped either but surprised at the wet weather down South. Nice looking pool, especially as I like a good swim but I hate those amusement arcades but fair play a lot of the kids love them. Good offers for scoff and onsite too, that would do fine for me and the caravan was a lot bigger than I was expecting and remembering, albeit, it has to be 30 years since I was last in a caravan. For £399 in July and down South, I think it is dam good value, cheers Alan

Hey Andy 😊 so sorry I missed the premiere I was so tired after my long drive. Looks a really nice place to stay and looe is a fantastic area to explore. Looks like it’s got everything you need. Nice and spacious and cost wise sounds good for Cornwall for summer time 😊

Good review Andy. We have had lots of hols like that and value for money is always good. We stayed there years ago and it was pretty good when the kids were younger. Stay out of the arcades though. Fastest way to lose your money. 👍🏻

Hello Andy, a lovely tour around this Holiday Park. Been to Looe a couple of time in the past such a lovely seaside resort. The campsite is nicely set out, such a lot to do. The look around the van was very nice. Again nicely set out, all the amenities you could want, very clean. Thank you for showing us around, take care x Julie and Tony x

Thanks, Jo. We're back home and back to work now, sadly. Just in time for the weather to get out nice. 😀 We couldn't complain at the price of the caravan. The site was really quiet, although it was a week or two before the schools broke up for the summer. I hadn't been to Cornwall since I was in my teens (apart from a visit to The Eden Project a couple of years back). So it was nice to visit that part of the UK again. Thanks for watching 🙂.
Looks a big place lots to do . The caravans look huge nowadays. cool looking crazy golf ⛳️ 😎 even table tennis 🏓 Ice cream looked nice Big swimming pool . Got to visit the arcades 2 p slots hours of fun. Did it pay out tickets ? Food was pretty reasonable price . Nice caravan you had . Thanks for showing us around Andy. 👍
@Adzey156 Yeah, the arcade machines paid out tickets that kids could exchange for prizes. The food was great for the money, typical good pub grub but a great price, it was certainly more expensive in town. The caravan was good for the money we paid. Thanks again for watching.

@pennycleal5075 No problem, Penny. I thought I'd show everyone what the site was like. We were quite close to the restaurant/entertainment venue, but you couldn't hear any noise from it in the caravan.
Mini golf and ice cream...well, I see you have the essential covered! lol An iron...does anyone do that anymore? Is there an ironing board? Just wondering! lol I am sure you had a very enjoyable stay!
Bruce, we did have an ironing board, too. It was in one of the wardrobes, and yes, it did get used! The ice cream was good, the mini golf we didn't get chance to try it out. I hope you're having a great week.
We've done a few Parkdean Sites and can't complain about the value for money and decent comfort. Great review! Keith
Thanks for watching Keith. We stayed at Southview in Skegness last year and were impressed with that site, too. This one was a bit smaller than Skegness but good all the same and for a holiday in Cornwall it was good value.
You mentioned the size of the caravan Andy which is huge in comparison to our van ! The thing is you spend most of your time out and about with this as just a base (weather permitting of course !) Did you partake in a few scoops to join the drunken planpot 😂 Hoping there are some films of the places you visited on the horizon? Love Cornwall but not a part we’ve visited. @elizabethsmart3705 Yes, it was a strawberry ice cream with pieces of strawberry in it. It was pretty good. The whole stay was enjoyable, although we did have poor weather on a couple of days.

Hi Ms Kayak. Strangely, they do have sharks in Cornwall, but I think the sea will be a good bit colder than Florida. The caravan was good value, clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. Thanks for watching 🙂

A great video Andy - enjoyed the premiere and really liked the caravan park for Looe. Have been there a few times (Looe) and it's such a nice place and would love to visit Looe Bay holiday park. You showed it off wonderfully. Lots to see, do and enjoy. A great variety, including the food options, reasonable! Loved the caravan tour, great for the two of you and great for a few nights away with the family definitely! Like that they kit it out with everything you could need. Thanks for watching DL. It's a fantastic location for a church and a pretty churchyard, not many UK churchyards can claim to have palm trees. It was great to meet up again with Watto and Kim.
Hopefully that fella is only "strimming!" I get such a kick out of that word...never heard in these parts! LOL That's quite the place with lots of what looks like pretty exotic plants...and quite unexpected to be right there along the coast too. A great looks around...and it will be equally as good as Watto's! Have yourself a marvelous weekend!
@wendingourway Thanks for watching Bruce. 'Weed Whacking' is what you folks in the US and Canada call it, but to us Brits, it's 'strimming'. Cornwall has a very favourable climate due to the Atlantic Gulf stream, which hits there first before making it round the islands.This means its climate makes for a county with many ornate gardens which will support many exotic plants. Sadly, by the time it gets round Sotland and down to where I live, it doesn't 😪
