Super Nice video! I do have 1 question though. If my back starts to arch is that purely due to a weak core, or is it also do to lack of mobility? Will I be able to escalate naturally in this exercise as long as I always find the spot just before my back starts to arch? Thanks for a great video!

Fuvk bro you're a true inspiration. Seriously, this is what i needed to see to believe that it is possible to beat drug recovery and become a better, stronger, and over all healthier. Im tired of this type of life, the same frkn cycle everyday just to get a fix to feel normal. I think back when i was in my teens and addicted to fitness training because i sarted loving the attenion i was finally getting from the ladies, finally after 14 years of my life being rejected and in thr friend's zone because i was fat. i remember how confident and happy life once was. I would go out everywhere and anywhere, now i hate going out. I haven't even gone to family parties in the past 4 years. And now i want to feel again bro. And now im realizing that im deep in addiction because im not happy with myself. Dude i think i figured it out, i need that gym life again to be the same happy outgoing person and i will not need drugs.
