    Hello, thanks for the explanation. Very good, a question. If I'm buying a sony uhs ii v60 SD card for a ZV-E10, should I buy the sony reader or the apple one? Is there much difference in downloading photos and videos in 4k?

    great video and love the photo examples. it's too bad they discontinued the efm mount. I just ordered a m6mk2 22/32 arriving tomorrow for street and travel photography. thinking of grabbing the 11-22 and 56 to complete the kit and maybe the 28mm macro for travel food close up photos.

    I know this is an old video but - Great little bag but there is no way @bellroy the Lite Sling Mini is 4L. 170x200x70mm = 2.38 L that's why it feels same/smaller than the Aer. Also the dimensions of the Aer give it a volume of 330x120x90mm = 3.5L

    Thanks for the review. I use DJI MIC 1 with my GoPro and the quality of audio that comes from the DJI is pretty bad compared to what I get attaching a Deity mic... is to be used in some situations only and avoid DJI MIC as much as you can, because the audio from DJI mic wireless is pretty bad.

    Wow shocked about the Aer!!! I have an Aer sling, can not remember the model, it is a few years old. It won't fit my a6600 and lens. I remember reading that it would fit somewhere so I took the chance. Tempted to order the AER. I really think the bellroy one would work well but for some reason I am not a fan of the look of it. I love the alpaka ones I have been looking at but I don't think most of the medium sized ones would work with the mirrorless set up.

    Great video, but your comment about wanting a smaller peak design 3l resonates with me, have you found a new alternative in the past 4 years?

  • @calebe16
    @calebe164 ай бұрын

    I think these PD bags are very overrated. I've been using the everyday sling 6L for 4 years and I can't stop to seek for something better. The materials are awesome and the design seems cool until you start using it. The locking mechanism on the strap doesn't hold up super well and you need to readjust it every once in a while. (I'm not even the type of person to use it all the time. I just adjust and use the strap as it is) It fits a lot of stuff inside, but it isn't a fast bag to use on the street. I use it with either a fuji X-T2 or Olympus OM1 (film) and if I want to be fast, I need to carry the bag pretty empty in order to have fast access. It doesn't sit crossed on the bag, it always goes down and sits more like a messenger. It doesn't matter how tight I use the strap. The strap support on the very top of it makes it dangle quite a bit. In the end, it's not as nimble and fast as I wished it was and I can't use its full load capacity on "run and gun" set up. And even if it has the space inside, you will struggle to use it with bigger cameras.

    Is there any buffer clear speed difference between uhs2 150 mb and 300mb writing speed on eos m6 mk2 ? Because I recently just bought a uhs2 150 mb writing speed card,but found out the buffer clear speed is almost as same as uhs1 100mb 😅

    I’m new to “sound” in general but I do have the new sm7db and an fx3 , however I was told the mic should not be plugged in directly to the xlr handle and put on ‘mic+48V’ Do you know why I was told that ?

  • @pucheou
    @pucheouАй бұрын

    how is that so? that 48V option is given for that purpose only.

  • @ChristianArias_1
    @ChristianArias_1Ай бұрын

    You might have figured it out already but there is different types of microphones , there are ones that need a pre amp like the cloud lifter to make them work I believe they are called condenser microphones . Then there are other mics that don’t need pre amps and those if you plug them in will damage equipment . No science based around this I would ask chat gpt about the reasoning but if you have a fancy condenser mic you can totally plug into the fx3 in +48 mode

  • @AtomicPixel
    @AtomicPixel19 күн бұрын

    There’s nothing wrong with plugging the sm7db into the handle. If using the sm7db, yes, you want the +48 on for phantom power to drive the internal booster. If you’re using a mic a normal dynamic mic, DO NOT have that on. You damage your mic. So make sure your sm7db also has the booster turned on before connecting. Cheers!

    ¡Hola! Iphone no permite conectar audio a su app camara y las aplicaciones al iniciar grabación deshabilita la reducción de ruido. Parece que es una restricción a la IA de DJI MIC 2. ESto ocurre a pesar de que se compra como Audio for IPHONE. ¿Publicidad engañosa o salió el producto antes de tiempo del horno?

    I'm thinking of purchasing the Osmo Pocket 3 standard version, but the bundled package includes the mic. However, the price is high, and the mic is limited to that camera. As a cinematographer, I'm considering getting the DJI Mic 2 separately when it is in the market with my Osmo Pocket 3 and Sony camera. Do you have any suggestions?

    I have numerous bags, including those with waist belts, sling bags, and now am using a sling bag as a "fanny pack" waist bag, taking the strap and shortening it so it functions like a belt. Completely eliminates any strain on my back and allows for hiking, climbing, and city street shooting without a heavy pack around my back. This solution for those with smaller cameras, such as the sony A6700 (APSC) and up to two lenses. Such waist beltpacks also allow for you to bring water and a few accessories.

    I know I'm super late in the M game. Finally got my M6 Mkii 4 months ago and I'm loving every single aspect of it (except for the screen, I normally shoot with a R6 so the articulated screen is perfect). The second lens I got for it was the Sigma 56 and I still can't believe how sharp, accurate and fast lens it is. My camera was second hand and came with no lens. I got the 22 first (another great lens). Since I got the Sigma I got a couple of other lenses and the EF adapter (although I no longer own any EF lens) I shoot probably 80% of the times with the 56, the rest is divided between all the other lenses. The only one I need right now is a wide angle, a good one. The Sigma 16 is under my consideration, but it is too large and heavy. It goes against the small and light factor of the camera. So I'm looking for other options. Which lens would you recommmend? My current lineup is: Canon 22 f2, Sigma 56 1.4, 18-55 (kit lens) and the 7 Artisans 35 1.2.

    To anyone interested in buying from Hollyland, know that once the product is discontinued they offer NO support, NO downloads, NO documentation - basically if you didn't keep or download the latest firmware when it was available, you're shit out of luck. The Original Mars 300 (not the new PRO version) is not even 5 years old, and their support won't send me the documentation or latest available firmware update - they didn't even bother answering my e-mail.
