    You must protect with dust cover your off grid Inverter with Covid mask layer (,blue) the slotted openin hello opening with a thin layer of covid mask layer it will stop all that that's getting into the interior. I am affected with my inverter twice because I didn't do it though it was protected with the coating. Dust was getting into the board and finally number two 2 warning in growatt

    Hi, Long sound means a beep soubd from the buzzer ? If the inverter is shutting down the inverter when the AC is on it looks like overloading the inverter or having some issue with the AC unit. It is hard to detect the cause from what you have shared. Better show your system to a technician. Thank you and good luck with it.

    In my case the hybrid mode is off, the output mode is set to SUB, but still, inverter is going into bypass. The charging mode is set to SnU which means both utility and solar is used to charge the battery, but this mode is only available in SUB mode. My best scenario would be as described below: 1. When there is solar energy sufficient, the inverter would provide power to the load first, and the unused energy into the battery at the same time. 2. The battery would be charged by the utility at the same time by the current sent in option 11 of the menu. Because i've already had a grid-tie inverter solar system installed and it is connected before powmr, it would feed its power from the utility side by using extra solar energy Would be even nicer if it could be programmed by time or action (Which is impossible i suppose). So currently even if the priority is set to SUB, it still works in bypass mode while charging the battery from solar and not feeding any energy from the inverter. The easiest for the powmr as i can understand is a create a firmware which allows SnU chargine (Both utility and solar) at any time or even with additinal option allowing to disable any charging (Both utility and solar) when Solar (The main source) is unavailable. Meaning that there is no energy nor from grid-tie (utility), not from DC solar side is available and therefore not to take any energy of the grid. I will try to contact powmr and explain to them this logic

    Most countrues Yes, but the PowMr Inverter may not have all required certificates for you to get the approval from your electricity provider, therefore you might have to look for a brand like Growatt or Deye (if you need hybrid) but my sujjestion is to have 2 systems On-Grid and Off-Grid seperately. It may requiremore space but in the long run it is more practical.

    Sir Does the inverter run if u remove pv and Ac cables but plugged to the battery only can u able to run appliances?

  • @diydesk
    @diydeskАй бұрын

    Yes, If you have the battery charged, the inverther can run from battery only. I use it from battery daily during night time. With 105Ah x 16 EVE lifepo4 cells I run the house at nigth, 2 Inverter Air Conditions, TV, Lights, sometimes coocking on induction. Early morning around 2 am I connect to Grid power automatically to save some battery power. So this inverter can run well on Battery. If someone needs to know if this can work without battery yes that is possible too but you need to have a stable grid connection and the solar connection. If the sun is low and the usage is high the inverter will use grid power. So we need to have a grid connected. (this is required only during batterless operation)

    Hola, Has planteado un buen punto. Diferentes ingenieros suelen recomendar varios tipos de sistemas de puesta a tierra. En primer lugar, no soy ingeniero, pero tengo algunos conocimientos a partir de diversas certificaciones. He leído mucho y discutido estos temas con ingenieros. La mejor solución práctica que he recopilado de estas discusiones es tener una única puesta a tierra para toda la casa. Si tienes un buen cable de tierra, puedes usarlo. Si no estás seguro de la calidad de tu tierra actual, deberías hacerla revisar por un profesional. Si necesitas instalar una tierra separada, asegúrate de que haya al menos una distancia de 8-9 metros entre la nueva tierra y la existente. ¡Espero que esto te ayude!

    Sorry - you misunderstand the term 'grid-tied'. Grid-tied means it can deliver power to the grid. You are talking about a bypass function: the inverter takes power from the grid and delivers it to your load. This way you have a backup function in case your battery drains down or PV doesn't deliver (enough) power for your needs. This in NOT grid-tied operation! The output of the inverter cannot be connected to the grid --> short circuit! It doesn't adopt the frequency in phase! So be careful, what you explain here!

  • @diydesk

    Can i connect 575 watts 10 panels in.series for model.POW-HVM-6.2M-48V-N?

  • @diydesk
    @diydesk2 ай бұрын

    Hi, Here's some details. Inverter Maximum PV voltake is 500 Volts. * 575W JA Solar panel comes with Open Circuit 51.3 volts. * 575W Canadian Solar panel comes with Open Circuit 52 volts. Therefore, without the panel details it is hard to give you an exact answer but most 575W panel specifications show the voltage level over 50. Which makes it go higher than the inverter supported voltage when used in series. One of my friends are using Canadian Solar 550W (49.6V) x 10 which becomes 496 volts in total. It looks like a good match for the inverter. I suggest you stick to inverter specifications.

    Cho mình hỏi khi pv không đủ thì biến tần có lấy điện lưới bù không hay chỉ chuyển luôn sang dùng điện lưới. Thanks

    Có thể lấy điện từ lưới để bù. Trên màn hình hiển thị sẽ có hai đường. Một đường đi từ biến tần đến tải và đường còn lại đi từ lưới đến tải. Tôi đã bật chế độ Liên kết lưới trong Cài đặt 37. Vì vậy vào ban đêm, nó lấy điện từ lưới. Nhưng tôi tự tắt nguồn đầu vào lưới để nó kết nối với pin. Khi bạn chuyển sang chế độ Hybrid trong Cài đặt 37, bất kể bạn chọn cài đặt nào trong Cài đặt Một (USB/SUB/SBU), nó sẽ chuyển sang SUB. Hy vọng câu trả lời của tôi đã rõ ràng. Liên kết hình ảnh - i.imgur.com/W56Q5oC.png -------------------------------------------------- It can draw electricity from the grid to compensate. On the display screen, there will be two lines. One line goes from the inverter to the load, and the other goes from the grid to the load. I have enabled Grid Tie mode in Setting 37. So, at night, it takes power from the grid. However, I manually turn off the grid input so it connects to the battery. When you switch to Hybrid mode in Setting 37, no matter which setting you select in Setting One (USB/SUB/SBU), it changes to SUB. I hope my answer is clear. Image Link- i.imgur.com/W56Q5oC.png
