  So, I just created my gang sheet in SS and saved as a pdf. When I pull it into PS, there’s nothing there. 😢 I don’t know why. When I open the pdf on my computer the images are there, but not in PS. Do you have any ideas of why or what I’m doing wrong?

  I followed your instructions to the T! Everything worked fine. Then I got a firmware update and now 3 of my replacement cartridges will not recognize. I've tried every hack that I could Google. Is there a way I can recover from this or am I SOL??

  that is correct if you want to design in px. you can enter 20inx30in and design in scale and it will be closer to 100dpi which is still good at scale
