Love this video! Thanks, Team!
Thank you for explaining it and displaying. In the middle of leg day, and realized i didn't know the difference between romanian and standard deadlifts lol
I've watched 3 videos and finally understood the difference with this one. Cheers mate
Is this suitable as an exercise a year after a 1st MTP fusion? I'm trying to find foot strengthenimg protocols suitable for a healed 1st MTP fusion.
If the MTP is fused you probably won’t be able to do this exercise. The MTP joint is the main joint moving in this exercise. There are many other foot exercises you can do to strengthen your feet and reduce the chance of aggravating that fusion. It’s too late now, but many of those exercises may have eliminated the need for the fusion. (But obviously I don’t know your situation, so I can’t say that for sure)
@@TheHandyTherapist Thanks. I thought that moving the band up might have allowed me to strengthen the final joint in the toe. Can you suggest other foot/toe strengthening exercises suitable for a foot with a 1st MTP fusion? It's surprisingly difficult to find this information on the net.
@@joshuagoldstein8116 I don’t love prescribing specific exercises without evaluating people first. But if you just go through the foot/ankle exercises playlists. Any of the exercises you can do, should help some. Also making sure you massage the scar tissue around the surgery site once the wound has healed
A has MUCH better form
This side by side view is a really great example 👍
Thanks, it helps!!!
Why would this be any better than a balance board with a center pivot point?
i do these for bankart repair. quite painful first few weeks but get better
You’re yummy
🎉What's better for me, neutral or stability?
probably stability will feel better and then neutral some of the time so you can work on strengthening the feet muscles while you are wearing the neutral shoes
Yay Emilio!

Thanks for the vid man. Really helped me figure out my form.
So when I attempt this my upperback starts to hurt. Any idea why this could irritate my upper back?
can be for sure without assessing you or watching you perform the exercise, but i would suspect that you are probably tensing up your upper back. try resting your shoulders slightly higher toward your ears and focusing relaxing your body and keeping your entire back flat against the floor
@@RevivalPerformancePT are virtual sessions available & or beneficial? If so please let me know as this has been causing me slight frustration over the past few months.
@@tylerbrown9016 We can provide virtual sessions text us at 2107509004 and we can talk more about that.
What's that band called? Where can I get one?
Can it be possible to recover from thoracic scoloisis
yes, it depends on a lot of factors, but generally scoliosis can be inprove with the proper strengthening and stretching exercises.
Very nice!!! You could get more fans with S M Z E U S.
Would this benefit Curt? He already has a rod from L1 to S1.
for sure! we all should move like this to protect our back from taking the extra stress and load which eventually causes wear and tear on it.
On my left side my back looks like my back rib cage is out what can I do about this
that may mean that your thoracic spine is rotated to the L, try doing this exercise with extra reps on the R (reaching your Right arm through).
Thanks!
Welcome!
I’d love to find a ski erg alternative that didn’t take up space in my tiny garage…
it's not exactly the same but you could set two of these ancore units side by side and it could be similar to a skierg
I pulled lower back muscle while waiting to recuperate I did modified of this same thing but I kept arms on side and keep my legs straight use my arms push myself up take pressure off sore muscle while keeping my back flat to ground
Thank yuuuu!!! Nice and simple explanation. Now I actually feel this easily ❤
Glad to hear this! Happy stretching.
Very helpful ❤
Glad it was helpful!
I tried this and could only do 2. This video was very helpful, especially the tip about the knees.
Glad it helped!
Thank you for this I enjoyed your video☺️I’m also your new subscriber
Awesome! glad we can help!
@@RevivalPerformancePT thanks hopefully you do requests
sure, what would you like us to explain we will add it to our todo list. look through our playlist as well to see if we have already covered your questions. @@williemoore3162
@@RevivalPerformancePT okay well like a backbend is what I was thinking
you need a special wall for that! hahaha. I don't have a wall that sticks out like that. OK I think I did it! I had to stand farther back from the wall.
you can do this on any wall. it doesn't need to stick out
@@RevivalPerformancePT thanks
special wall hahahah😂😂😂

It's Amazing That Something That SEEMS So Simple To Do Is NOT 🚫 Simple To Do For Many People Thank You So Much I Will Give This A Try 👍
great video; can you use all zones at the same time or just one zone at a time?
you can use all the zones at the same time. it just fills the distal (feet) zones first, then the ankle (while the feet are still filled/squeezing) and then the knees, etc.
How would you use all zones at the same time?
that is how it works already so just put it on the normal setting. it pumps up the feet first and then the ankles (but the feet are still pumped up) and then the calfs (while the feet and ankles are still pumped up) then it pumps up the knees area (while the feet, ankles and calves are still pumped up), etc. @@alfiecleggboxing_
Great Dr. Perfect model . amazing hair.
Definitely need more exercises to help improve ankle mobility. Really liked this one 😊
Definitely. More videos just like this. Ty
The perfect model. I learn so much
Perfect model.
A really doesn't look very engaged either
ممكن تمارين للنتو العظمي بالكعب وشكرا جزيلا
Shouldn't u b using the thumbs up grip position?
Mate, thanks a lot for just getting straight into it and not boring me to tears with the history of feet and how the muscles in them work
"Before we get to the feet exercises, let me first show you 15 minutes of exercises that are ineffective and that you definitely shouldn't do."
RDL can do full range of motion like deadlift.. just keep your knees straighter
Awesome 👍
In the left one you're going too much back
Something at the top and bottom of the movement seems a bit off. There is a lag at the top??? (Left)
Probably the right side, me personally I don’t do those but the form seems better on the right

wow
