  I live in a non religious household; fasting would be a bit challenging. I could potentially fast part of the day or abstain from certain things without causing a fuss. Would this at least be a good place to start?

  Sister Emmanuel, I hope that you should be remembering, when you visited Carmel Hill Monastery, Trivandrum, Kerala, India some years back.We had a get together in one of our houses and I asked you about heaven and you gave an answer."Anybody present here of the age 30 years around?
