You're welcome! I'm happy you enjoyed it. I plan to do a plant based Oyster Chowder in the future as well. I live in a tiny town and don't have access to the oyster mushrooms for it yet, but when I do I'll make a video on it. Chowder is such a comfort food too and can easily be made plant based with oyster mushrooms, smoked paprika and oat milk since it's so creamy. Stay tuned!!
@@jewels3667u Interestingly, oyster mushroom is SO incredibly common where I live! I literally have a big bag of it on the fridge, hahaha. I'm looking forward to the chowder recipe, then. I'm Asian and live in Asia, but for some years I lived "in the west", I do miss the food dearly, including minestrone! :D
@@MagisterialVoyager OHHHH, I'm so jealous of your big bag of oyster mushrooms!! lol I have a playlist on my channel where I categorize ONLY the recipes that have plant based options for people that want to see ONLY those. Check it out if you want. It's been such a fun learning experience for me as I expanded my knowledge on plant based substitutions and it makes me so happy to share what I've learned from it when cooking for plant based eaters (and also so fun when I eat plant based for as long as I can get myself to do it) :-D
@@jewels3667u Hahaha, yes, the beauty of living in a tropical climate is that I have access to most products all year long. Yes, I notice the stories about your children. I was plant-based fully myself for a good 3-ish years, then I lived with a man who isn't, hahaha, and he's a terribly good cook, so I stopped, and now I'm flexible. Most food around here isn't plant-based and I still want to enjoy it, but I eat plant-based when I can for my health, the planet, and the animals. As Derek Sarno said (do check him out if you hadn't, he's a professional plant-based chef), it's better to have tons of "imperfect vegans" than perfect ones. c:

Nope. They don't because the salty bouillon is in the bag with the veggies, which prevents them from turning brown. :-)
