Al Meezan Investment Management Limited, is a joint venture of Meezan Bank Limited (the largest Islamic Bank in Pakistan) and Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company Private Limited (PKIC).
Incorporated on 27th February 1995, Al Meezan Investments is registered under Non Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2003 and Non Banking finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulation 2008, with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to carry on the business of asset management and investment advisory under the said Rules.

Reason why people are not attracted because opening a mutual fund account in Pakistan is very difficult and lots of document and verification requirement. While in India it is opposite and very easy.

Ijarah Sukuk (Islamic bonds) ka mechanism traditional interest-based bonds se mukhtalif hota hai. Ijarah Sukuk mein, investor ek asset (jaise ke building, infrastructure, etc.) ko lease karte hain aur uski rental income hasil karte hain. Yeh rental income pre-determined hoti hai, lekin yeh interest nahi hoti, balke asset ki legitimate rent hoti hai. Yeh tareeqa Islam mein is liye halal samjha jata hai: 1. **Asset-Backed Investment**: Ijarah Sukuk specific assets se backed hota hai. Investors ka paisa tangible assets mein lagaya jata hai aur in assets se rental income hasil hoti hai. 2. **Risk Sharing**: Sukuk holders aur issuer ke darmiyan risk sharing hoti hai. Agar asset damage ya destroyed hoti hai, to investors ko bhi risk uthana padta hai. 3. **Shariah Compliance**: Meezan Bank ka Shariah Board har investment ko scrutinize karta hai aur ensure karta hai ke ye investments Shariah principles ke mutabiq hain. Is liye, Ijarah Sukuk ka mechanism Islamic finance ke principles ke mutabiq hai aur isse hasil hone wali returns halal hain.

I have been misled & cheated etc, being investor( converting from potential to impotential) from Jun 2016 to Nov2021 At wilful & clearcut violating your aim,vision,etc even on claiming largest & Sharia compliant company etc & same is declared by SECP in it's three following orders : (I)-SECP(6Sep2019), (ii)-27Aug 2020 double bench Appeal (III)- Review Petition of 26 Mar 2021 a-Mis-selling b-False &misleading statements by sales staff c-Concealing or omitting material facts of the scheme d-Concealing risk factors associated with scheme, e-Not caring for investor to ensure suitability being investor. & NOT redressed so far with prior manipulation with SECP,etc Despite of repeated regular reminders sincethen Also is unfairly alleged as "Habitual Complainant" & "Unscrupulous person",etc for which I also have the right to be redressed being pensioner & Senior citizen etc Sequel to,It is therefore requested to refund my amount at the rate of 22% return per year for the amount being invested with you without any further delay & Concerned sale person may be sorted out under intimation to me.
