I'm pretty new to Davinci, spent the last 10 years on Final Cut :P And I followed all your steps because your template file seem to work only on V19 which is still in beta 😅 But otherwise, really cool content ! I have a question: I created the template in my BM Cloud library and then allow to upload the media (the SFX) to the BM Cloud too. Is it possible that every new instance refers to the SFX that are sitting in the cloud now, without creating a copy of those files ? That would be amazing 🤪 Thanks 🙏✨
hi, thanks for letting me know about the template only working on DR19 beta, will make an 18 version on another machine. I havent used Black Magic Cloud, i guess you'd just need to try it. Please let me know if it does work ;)

what if I dont have a card reader. I normally just connect the camera to the PC and transfer my images.
Copy the bin file to the camera memory card with the PC then run the firmware update .

Wait... DaVinci Resolve can’t read VOB from the get go? I was excited to use it, but, eh... I’m constantly using handbrake, but it lacks one feature I need with color scheme. Ah, what happened to the humanity. Do you remember, when everything was simple haha. So you won’t do 1000 things to achieve 1 :D
pretty sure VOB is just mp4, maybe its licensing issues so they dont allow it to work.
Please let me know how I can adjust the arm down? Its so heavy i have to force it down, how do i lock it to a proper height?

I try to download and it says I have to create an account but I already have one. I don't have the option to log in, when I log in I get to another page and I can only download version 18.6.
You dont need an account for Davinci Resolve www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/family/davinci-resolve-and-fusion choose which version you want, then in the bottom left there should be an option for "Download Only"

We have just purchased one of these..it's good on our standard carpets but not sucking up dirty water when we clean our deep large rug/ carpet
I think it would be hard to get a good seal and suction on some rug types as it’s mainly for carpet

how to get it to start at "demo0000". Mine starts at "demo0001". But I need it to start at 0
I had a look through the options, doesnt appear to allow you to start from 0. you could export them. Quit resolve, rename the file name in Finder starting from 0. That was the only way i could see to do it
But what is the reason for the failure? I had a very simple alpha mask on a video and the fusion clip failed every time on the very last frame. The exported videos from the "failed" render seem to be fine.
Thats a question for the software developers. Happy your renders came out okay

So did you not enable the CSS / JS minfiy on the LiteSpeed Plugin settings because it is better do do this on Cloudflare ? Right now am minifying it using the LS plugin and have guest optimization on too. Would you be able to explain the benefit of doing this on the Cloudflare ? Thanks !

It partially works in free version. But when I turn on fullscreen, cutting stops working so you need too disable fullscreen with CTRL+F before you click CTRL+B etc. Workspace > Viewer Mode > Cinema Viewer

Sir is it worthy to upgrade 19 from 18.6.6 for part time video editing ,,?
18.6 is 100% stable, im using version 19beta and its been good so far, havent found any bugs. If you want the latest color grading features go with 19, if you dont id go for 18
