    2 comments: First, I used Amazon description: 580mAh 3.7v LiPo Battery Replacement for Jabra Evolve 75 Bluetooth Headset, Evolve 75 UC Battery,Evolve 75 SE Battery Replacement,AHB572535PST Battery Upgarde Brand: AOLIKES This battery did not require any connector modification, it was completely plug and play for my unit. Second, the tab where the first T4 screw is removed, can pivot and rotate 180, according to gravity, such that the tab is not available upon reassembly, so keep an eye on that tab, and make sure the hole for the T4 is pointed UP when you reassemble the left earpiece. Thanks for the video.

    An addendum to this problem. After replacing the roller I noticed the roller would fall out of the track. The track on my car was moving down as the door slid back. The reason was the nut was loose and allowed track movement and the sliding roller was falling off. So when you closed the door it pushed on the rubber. So I had to unsnap the plastic inside the car to reach and tighten that nut so the track would stay in place, solid. The door worked as new after that with tight track and a new roller.

    Circuit design usually employ resistors in parallel with capacitors to drain them almost immediately but that is a good practice when removing airbag just in case.

    Does Mazda specify the torque for this anywhere? On my NKG plugs it illustrates the torque with the amount of turn you should do, but I rather had a number.

  • @sigor2011
    @sigor20115 ай бұрын

    Probably, I just use the turn count as suggested. Torque number hard to apply as long extension make it harder to reach. I don't kmow anyone using Torque wrench

    Procedure for Voyager V4220 is very similar to this, but the tiny battery is in the same side of the headset as the microphone, micro USB port, etc. The battery is different to the example in this video as it is has the code 1ICP4/25/38 (25 x 38 mm, I believe), and has 3 wires (red, white, black) instead of 2. Looks like the white wire could be related to battery temp monitoring, or validating that the battery is supported by the device.

    My air blows cold but after a few minutes of startup, the air seems to get restricted at the vents and then blow behind the dash (sounds like defrost but I don’t feel anything up there). My set up is exactly like this one, no dual zone or anything, so which one needs replacing? Another video says my problem is the mode actuator and that it is on the driver side but your description here makes it seem like the one behind the radio.

    There is no need to remove the blade arm assembly from the car. Once the plastic clip/cover over the nut is removed, you can pull the blade assembly away from the window and the blade can easily be rotated out of the arm.

    Fixed mine with a piece of rubber tubing which I inserted over the piece of rod to reestablish the proper contact. No new parts, no visit to the dealers, took less than 10 min. It’s been months and working fine.

  • @cityhicks
    @cityhicks9 ай бұрын

    I just did this exact thing yesterday. Super easy. I also bent the microswitch arm down a little so it makes better contact. It really seems like a waste of $ to replace the entire assembly.

  • @geezer5357
    @geezer53578 ай бұрын

    Admire your diagnostic chops and ingenuity. Do you mean that you used the tubing as a sleeve over the lever/rod to make it thicker? Was this just some tubing you happened to have lying around...? 🥸 I think I've just about figured out what you mean, but I wouldn't know where to put my hands on exactly the right diameter and thickness of tubing to achieve this?! Any pointers gratefully received-- not mechanically inclined, or usually a tinkerer, but foolhardy enough to try!
