  I've watched several videos now. None of them talk about how to add a second Siri user on a separate iPhone. I just got a Genie door opener. I added the Siri shortcuts as shown in this video. However, Siri privileges cannot be added on my wife's phone. I tried making her a completely separate account on Aladdin, but it will not let me register the same opener under another account. Is there any solution to this?

  This is not working for me. When I press the enter button slowly 4 times, the garage door never moves. I repeated all of the steps about 50 times. Also, when I do the factor reset of the keypad, the light blinks 2x, but never goes out - it just stays on. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  The extra expense for sealed nylon rollers hardly justifies their benefits. Steel rollers can last decades and are nearly indestructible with just a bit of lubrication and minimal maintenance every 6 months. Just another way for Precision Garage Door Service to bend over their customers and take them to the cleaners.

  The instructions that come with the unit fail to indicate that the door needs to be closed. Whatever intern wrote them has hopefully moved on.

  I don't understand this. How can the door be closed when the learn button is on the inside of the garage, while the keypad is on the outside, AND you have 30 seconds to reprogram the keypad after you press the learn button!

  Is there a triple layer vinyl garage door instead of steel? The vinyl front and back layers will resist denting better than steel, right?

  Not necessarily! It may just mean that you need to lubricate your garage door's hardware!
