My snails love this plant too 😢
Don’t kill slugs!! why would you even kill a slug!! 😭😡
I think that's the companies that let you dinose three plants are smarter... Why would you let somebody diagnose 14 plants? That would be most all the different plants that they have, probably ... Common sense tells you. They shouldn't let you diagnose all your plants. Then you don't have to buy.
Great information. Thank you.
Hi freya, 3 years ago we moved and although we took my main plants ,we had to start again in a new garden, but it's been great and the plants settled in well 😊
I'm trying diatomaceous earth and I've ordered a blowtorch.
Always inspiring...Love the biodiversity of your videos.....As a plantaholic it ticks a lot of boxes lol.
Thank you very much, that is lovely to hear.
Love it. Just bought one. Think I'll wait for another year until I coppice it. Though I will have to research how to do. Such as what height.
Have you seen my video on pollarding Paulownia? It might help, but definitely wait until its 3 years old
Rockwool to germinate seeds. And 30 is far too hot
Thank you
Im gonna check this garden out!
I loved it. But it would be great to hear what you think after your visit.
The ads make apps unusable 😊
Which app did you find that with?
Hi! Good to see a video of this gazebo. I am thinking of buying it this week. Would you say it’s decent quality and has it held up well? Thanks
I have had it a year now and am very happy with it
Quick question. How many is too many for angels trumpet? People say the toxins can get absorbed through the air. I just bought a collection of 12 varieties. Variegated, serrated edges and different colors.
That is a good question but not one I have an answer to. I believe everyone will probably react differently, so the best way to be cautious is to be aware of symptoms such as headache and burning eyes, and seek medical help straight away if you are ever worried.
Best video I ever saw on Cycads in two decades! Thank you so much 💓
Thank you that is very nice to hear. Glad you enjoyed it.
It’s lovely to see you back, we’ve missed you! Your videos are always so lovely and a joy to watch. 😃 So sorry to hear you have to move and no doubt dreading the upheaval. I know how devastating and daunting it can feel to have to face moving from somewhere you love as it happened to me and I was heartbroken… but you know what, it’s funny how things work out for the better and although I hated it at first, now I absolutely love my new home and garden more! 🥳 So take heart lovely lady you’ll make your new garden amazing in no time 🌈 🌴🌻and it’ll be a great subject for before and after progress journey video content. 💕 Keep your chin up and you’ll get there… with a truck load of plants 😁😂😎
Thank you very much, those are lovely words x
So sorry to hear you have to leave your house and beautiful garden. Wishing you all the best x
Thank you

May the marvel of Natures resilience , incite ,inspire, energize and encourage you each day . Looking forward with excitement for the wonders you will create , and the amazing wealth of information that accompanies it. 👍
Thank you very much. This next year is going to be very tough emotionally, undoing everything I have created. But hopefully something better will come of it in time!
Hi...my washy is like the one in the video, brown leaves that haven't fully opened yet and no spear pull (very good tug) has this died or this normal and come back when the weather finally warms up lol
It is a very good sign if it hasn't spear pulled. I would spray with fungicide to be on the safe side and hopefully it will start growing again soon.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. It was very helpful!
Glad it could help
has it works ?
Unfortunately it didn't on this occassion at least
I have this exact gazebo ready to attempt to build next month
I hope this helps
I built one of these but it drips inside. Do you have a solution to this problem
We don't have that issue with it... do all your roof slats overlap?
@@freyastropicalgarden yes
Don't get me wrong here I'm very pleased with it
@richardgear4736 the only other thing I can think of is we have painted the roof both on top and underneath which may have given it added protection...
YOUR GARDEN MAM IS AMAZING U HAVE A VERY BEAUTIFUL FLOWERING PLANT THAT AMAZE ME,THNK U FOR SHARING YOUR PLANTS MAM
Thank you very much for your lovely comment
they're an indication of bad potting mix media, made up of bark, which always goes sour on the bottom of pot, when the top is already bone dry. i went to coir and peat based mixes and havent had fungus gnat problems in house plants since. it's cute how they like to sell us a problematic potting mix and blame us for problems from it.
That's interesting, I will definitely look into that!
That’s a nice surprise with the alocasia and spider plant popping up in the bag! Well done for identifying them, whenever it’s happened to me I’ve never been able to do so confidently!
Haha yes not always so easy but fortunately they were pretty clear in these cases, especially as I remember which soil I used!
Just watch out for the falling fruit! A car near my house got hit, it went right through the run roof, luckily it landed on the empty passenger seat instead of hitting the driver.
Oh my goodness!! Wouldn't want to be walking under it then!
@@freyastropicalgarden From large mature trees the fruit can be as big as a basket ball and weigh 5~8kg.
@@TankEnMate 😲
@@freyastropicalgarden Also, the fruit tastes a bit like unroasted almonds.
Fascinating! Mine are only small so nowhere near this stage!
That's where I'm going wrong; no "evergreen pants" 👖❤
Yes I have started making a conscious effort to increase them!
Wonderful review video! Thanks! God bless.
Thank you very much
6:15 ....-Thermogenesis ; 😲 That is so amazing ! Great presentation as always .💚
Thank you very much! Yes isn't it fascinating what plants can do!

@@freyastropicalgarden you are very welcome
I love this video thank you
Thank you very much, I'm glad you enjoyed it
Hi so grateful for your video as we are thinking of purchasing this gazebo, it does look quite complicated, was it very difficult to erect?
Not once you have established which piece is which. I recommend measuring each piece and comparing with the measurement in the instructions, then writing in pencil A1, A2 etc on the wood. Hopefully this video will help aid the instructions too. I am very happy with the Gazebo though.
@@freyastropicalgarden Many thanks
Great video, Freya!

I admire those who can pull this off further north! What are the main differences you notice?

Hi Freya, I just love your enthusiasm and knowledge seeing as you say your quiet new to tropical gardens. Id say blimey your not at all. Im a newbie and only started this year. Still lots of beautiful plants on my wants list but im patient and all shall come together eventually. Id like a newbie getting started video on the evergreens to create privacy around my fence panels as i have a nosey neighbour. Plants to get me started to provide abit of colour. Thankyou Freya , Julie UK 🇬🇧 🌴🪴🌿🦊🦔
