  The original is from the Bolivian group Los Kjarkas and the song is called Llorando se fue, it was composed in 1981. It was recorded by Kaoma, Don Omar and JLO. Kaoma himself, after the publication of Lambada, became relevant because he did not give credit to the original authors for the creation of his music, that is, Kaoma's producers invented a false name to say that they composed it themselves, instead of looking for who was the real one. He is the composer of the song and asks for permission. In itself, what they did is a crime and from there the legal problems arose and they paid the consequences of their actions. Don Omar did the same, but according to him he said that he asked for permission to make Taboo, but it is not entirely true since he did it through EMI and not through legal means from the original authors. Furthermore, he did it inspired by the Lambada and not the original version, which is a Bolivian saya, which saddens me because he did it with the aim of attracting the public, whether for musical or economic reasons. Instead, JLO traveled to Bolivia to ask the Hermosa brothers for permission to perform her song On The Floor.
