I've always been curious, what kind of programming/chips were used? Was this Arduino based or was it a more dedicated IDE? Was the remote control protocol 2.4/5GHz or was it just radiofrequency somewhere in the hundreds of MHz?

While I don't need another hobby, I am more and more tempted, the more I see these, to jump on board. Of course it would have a chainsaw for a weapon. Geared so it would move super slow, with TONS of torque, so when it does catch someone, it just rips thru them without stopping. P.S. Wonder if that would even work....... Every bot I see has a super fast weapon. The centrifugal force makes the bot hard to control tho.
@DrumBotics2 күн бұрын
not really. the weapon is not that heavy and it is pretty easy to control. for combat robotics its best to use a fast weapon best for biggest hits. high torque doesint really work for these small 150 grams. and not really in the heavier categories.
