  This doesn’t apply to the beginner push up video when you push up when you do a plank then bring your back foot forward first and keep the hands on the board (right)?? This video seems a little different..please explain!! Thank you for all the informational videos

  Never ditch your board like they tell you to do in the dive under. If anyone is near you they are going to eat your longboard. Dive under but hold on to the nose, bring it under water with you and kick your ass off. Never ditch your board. Use the first two only.

  Head up when the wave is steep and there's a deep cup at the bottom. Head down when there's no cup and mushy. This helps you get down the face.

  I got hit by the board on my head, cannot hear on right side, lucky I did not break my head or have serious injury, just wait in for appointment at ent , it happened in Sri Lanka , next time I am just going to take board in calm water and float on it

  Thx for thay gold video. I wish I was living close to a wave spot like sydney, but I live in Melbourne and do some strapless kiteboarding. I found the turning techniques explained here very useful on flat water with a kite, thank you so much. Any objective of getting into "surfing with a kite" lessons, guys ?
