There are apps on the GHL marketplace to provide AI voice. Check out Synthflow.ai

Just an FYI, i kept getting an error when hitting "resolve." SO I had to manually go into phone settings >Sub Account Settings>hit the pen icon>Link SID account by clicking login>enter twilio credentials again>save ...and only then it worked! Sharing to help anyone else! Useful app but super frustrating and un-intuitive

Hey Connor, great video. Curious if instead of exiting GHL once all questions have been answered, have you tried sending the contact into a booking bot workflow? Now I'm curious so I will attemt to answer this myself. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hey Marcus, good question. Yes you could definitely send them to a new workflow at the end. Or build out the booking bot portion within the same workflow.
Hey connor alder can i ask you a question . If I want to repeat sms reminder in the appointment how i can do it ? like we have a 9 session of yoga in a month . how i can repeat the sms of all these session ??
Hey, if you want to send repeat sms reminders for yoga sessions, you make a similar workflow as this one but use the wait function and have it wait until “X” days before the appointment. Does that help?

When you bought phone numbers on twilio you used your own details or your client details(business owner)?

Biggest tip here is to register for a number with a local area code for that business. Costs a bit more but is better for not getting flagged
Conner...I have a Twilio account and number, but I am the Sub-account in GHL. Does this video mean I can NOT add that number to my Sub account, my Agency Manager has to add it for me? How would that work for payment and such? Thanks

Very heplful! So you're saying that aside from purchasing a number in Twilio, we gotta purchase a number in GHL as well? I thought when we purchase a number in twilio, that will automatically be in my GHL account? Cause I just purchased several twilio numbers then they did not appear in my GHL. Hope you could help!
Hey! If you purchase a number in GHL then it does it through Twilio automatically now. Things have changed a little since the making of this video

Campaigns are no longer available on our sub accounts for our clients, how can we go around that? They say they are deprecated
One possibility is when you set up users for that sub-account, you need to ensure that they have access to campaigns.

I gotta tell ya. Part of me was excited to get started on this. I've paced myself and spent months preparing and learning for it. But right now, my biggest gripe about GHL is their CUSTOMER SERVICE! It has gotten worse and worse, and right now, they have complete stopped being about to talk to someone on the phone for support. That chat bot is a joke. At this point, I'm completely frightened to engage GHL without proper customer support. I don't want one of my clients calling me in a panic to fix something, and then I can't even get help to help them. As good as their software is, they currently don't give me the confidence in working with them. Is anyone else experiencing terrible customer service? I think the people should speak out about this.

Hey I’m pretty new to GHL, but the thing I’m trying to get my head around is, what is the difference between triggers and workflows? Because in workflows, you can add tags, send emails, sms, etc. But I’m just trying to understand what makes it different from Triggers? If a customer say submits a form and then you connect it to a Workflow automation.. What other use that Triggers have that Workflow doesn’t? Thanks i’m advance.

When clicking Good or Bad, clients would land on landing pages respectively. Why is there a need to create separate emails in between the landing pages and the first 10-word email just asking the experience if it was good or bad?

Is it normal that i cannot add a phone number on a trial SaaS account? It says that when I tried Adding a number: *Trial subaccounts cannot purchase phone numbers... What's your thoughts on this?
