    Pretty laughable to see people asking for trailer info when the video said it’s included in the PDF. Also this caps guy upset the info isn’t free. I love your vids. Think I’ll subscribe, maybe you’ll release more vids someday!

    Believe it or not, the hottest part of the pot is about 10" up the side. It's easily over 100 degrees hotter there than at the bottom. That's where the burning takes place. One downside to this method, is that you can't forget about it while it's cooking. It is way too easy to get into a conversation with someone, and it starts to burn. The upside is that you can get into conversations with people. :) It is very dangerous to use this method, if you are forgetful.

    Nice layout. I have a 12x7 double axle trailer I store the kettle corn and lemonade setups in and it's 100% full - no way to work in there. I was starting to set it up with shelves attached to the upper 4 ft of walls so I could get some stuff up & make a little more room. I may hold off and only do the stuff that wouldn't prevent a conversion to your trailer layout. BTW, for those of us who already bought your ebooks, is there any way to get the trailer plans? My trailer fully loaded is about 2500 lbs too and I don't have any problems towing it with a Honda Ridgeline. Except gas mileage drops to about 16 or 17mpg (from 21). What changed your mind about the trailer operation? I recall one of your videos (Grandpa's maybe?) where you nixed the idea pretty solidly. Thanks for everything you've done to make it easier to get into this business.

    When did I nix the trailer idea? (other than they're expensive, I paid $10k for this - so it makes it harder to get into the business if you start here) I basically got old and have a harder time humping all the crap into it. I also wanted to be a one man band (when I could). If you bought my course, I'm updating the info today, go to the original download link.

  • @RichFrisk
    @RichFrisk8 жыл бұрын

    You guys did really good, over 400 bags with 3,000 people one day event. What was the entrance fee and health department fee? Usually don't do one day events, I figure with the two day events, first day would be expenses, second day would be in my pocket. But I see that I was wrong, depending on what the entrance fee was. Thank for the videos, you guys are great!!! Take care - Rich

    I've been looking into this business. I have been in the concessions biz. Every fair I go to I see kettle corn. Do you feel the market has become saturated? I know if a venue already has kettle corn they are not going to want another one.
