I would think it’s more cakey than chewy since a lot of other recipes I’ve seen use cake flour plus it doesn’t look really chewy 😊

I just made this today and boy, they were all so good! I refrigerated the individual cookie dough for 2 days. I used Hersheys Dark Chocolate cocoa powder. I used SENCHA Organic Matcha powder from Costco. I baked them in 350 ˚F for exactly 18 minutes. In the recipe, it states that you boil the walnuts, dry them then toast them. I have never boiled walnuts before prior to using them in baking but it does make a big difference. The walnut-y flavor is much more intense when you boil them. If I had to tweak the recipe, I would probably just use 5 gr of matcha powder instead of 7gr. I could hardly taste the macadamia nuts and white chocolate because it competes with the matcha powder though I love the green color. I will re-do this and give them to friends. Thank you, Wini 👏👏👏

That's awesome, l'm glad l finally realized why my cookies weren't coming out correctly. I wasn't freezing the dough long enough.

@@Ceo_Lubna 👍🏾 doesn't change the fact cups are unreliable which doesn't actually make it easier. For example, a cup of flour is 120 grams...when I use my 1 cup scoop I can get a scoop of up to 150+ grams. That's enough to through your recipe off, especially if that's happening with everything you add which makes it harder to narrow down what went wrong. Which is what used to happen to me. Once I made the switch, there are just certain issues I stopped having.

Yes you can. Just scoop them out in individual rounds prior to freezing.

15 mins Spinach Cheese & Chicken Wrap🥪 Ingredients - 2 eggs - Tortilla wrap (I’m using onion & chives because I love it!) - Handful of ready-to-eat spinach - Sliced onions (optional) - Cherry Tomatoes - Mozzarella Cheese - Grilled Chicken (Frozen and microwaved but super juicy: link on IG highlights) Directions - Preheat the pan - Beat the eggs and spread it across your pan evenly - When the eggs are about 50% cooked, throw your wrap on it - Flip the wrap over & add all ingredients in the order you like - Fold the wrap and allow the cheese to melt - Cut and serve! (That last torching is totally optional~) This one simple wrap has 30g of protein! My life is changed forever when I saw I could use silken tofu (yes tofu!!!!) to make creamy pasta sauce😍 this one is a keeper because it includes all the greens I like too! (Oof, I can also imagine making a creamy miso + tofu combination! Maybe that shall be my next one on the list). Using @boschsg Multi Talent 3 food processor (another game changer)😜 and my usual favourite Serie 8 Indiction Hob. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 Blend up green sauce: - 100g spinach - 5 - 6 large sized basil leaves - 1 block silken tofu - 1/2-1 cup of grated cheese - 3 cloves of garlic - 2tbsp olive oil - Black pepper + some salt to taste (skip salt if your pasta water is very salty) - Additional pasta water to help with the blending - Optional: splashes of oat milk Blend all of the above. - Boil pasta of choice - Pan fry 1 sliced up garlic until fragrant - Add in cherry tomatoes and lightly sautée - Add our green sauce - Add cooked pasta - Mix it all up and season to taste - More cheese is optional😛 Enjoy cooking my friends!🥬🍝 #winifredfredcooks #boschsg #bosch #homecooked #boschhomesg
