  I had my BBB reman in for only 3 months or so before my power steering pump failed and I swapped to a new Detroit Axle manual rack. If you're in Oregon I've got the BBB for sale at half original.

  So i’m having issues programming a fob for my 1999 subaru legacy (the honk for when it’s in programming won’t go off) and i’m pretty sure it has something to do with the security system the person i bought it from bought it from a towing company. If anyone has any advice it’d be appreciated.

  so i am curious if this will work for a 2005 forester xs?? my IMO is behind the glove box and i cant register my keyfob at all... also i wanted to know if there was any problems starting the engine or drivability issues??

  My 03 Baja beeps after turning the key 5X. And does not beep at 10. I try it at 5 and 10 and it’s still not adding. Any thoughts?

  Is there a way to just do one part and not the other? I’m find with my day time lights but I miss using my fog lights, as I put typeS led headlights now when I go to use my fog it automatically puts my high beams on when I had regular bulbs in this wasn’t a problem.

  I have a 2011 Subaru outback had to get a new key for it, got it programed stopped working have to hold the old key next to it to turn on the ing it cranks but don't start cuz of the alarm how do I program the switch key please?? Sean

  I'll be trying this once it warms up on my '03 Imprezza. It didn't like the -47F weather yesterday and decided to set of the alarm and now it wont even turn over.

  my 2000 Forester was doing that and what worked for a while is a "jumper" across the wires where the programming button used to be. I've kept a large bobby pin in the car, and with it clipped across the wires, the relays would reset and it would start. it's been sitting a few months and now that trick isn't working for mine.

  This will absolutely work for a 2003 Forester although it’s located underneath the glovebox and the car will still turn on. Awesome video brother! Appreciate it.

  Mine doesn't beep. Ok, I was moving the key about once per second. This is too slow. Go fast and it works!

  Needed a very short and a very long screwdriver and a putty knife; the hardest part was removing the two screws under the ash tray mount, but this procedure is brilliant! No more stupid alarm.

  @@randallhyland8212 you have to go on Amazon and buy a key fob then find a video on how to program the key fob. Once your key fob is program then you get fix this problem

  I am having issues with an 02 Legacy which seems to have the exact same fuse box setup. Suddenly all of my headlights (low and high quit working. I have no power at the fuses and the relays don't click when the lights are tuned on and off. Any ideas? Please help!

  On the foresters of this year, the unit is behind the glove box, same exact box and plug. You can reach up right through the passenger side footwell, or you can take out the glove box.

  Does this work with a new transmitter? Mate bought a 1998 Subaru Impreza RX but the previous owner lost both fobs.
