    I've already seen them cheet at the tool show it's not 550 lbs , hope it's better than the old one , IV had the 1/2 and 3/8 both struggle a little to remove the lugs that are torqued to 85 lbs on my car and btw my 1/4 inch screw impact removes those lugs instantly

    I actually thought that New Milwaukee would have done a little better than that , seeing its Gen 2 and just came out 🤔, how much faster is it compared to the old Gen 1 Milwaukee ??

    how about comparing this flagship Milwaukee 2953-20 to flagship Dewalt DCF860 ? Or to be fair Milwaukee 3651-20 to this Dewalt DCF845 or Dewalt DCF850. This test is only made to make Milwaukee owners feel good about their tool.

    I cant think of a single reason to ever use a lower speed on an impact driver. it's not like a drill where you get more torque out of a lower speed.

    low speed is great for self tapping screws and when assembling furniture

  • @zialfps7038
    @zialfps7038Ай бұрын

    @engineer_alv most of them have a variable trigger anyways, so you just gently press until it starts impacting. But I suppose if you lack fine motor control in your fingers or have to wear thick gloves or something, a lower speed could be helpful. I just know I never take it off speed 3, even with the smallest of fasteners. I just exercise trigger control.

  • @engineer_alv
    @engineer_alvАй бұрын

    @@zialfps7038 I used to do that when I had my 1st impact with variable speed only. But it's quite more convenient now with the two impacts I've got with 3 speeds + speed mode.
