I have been on KZread for more than 10 years now, and watching it is probably the single thing I've spent most time on in my life. Through all of it, I've found inspiration in various different types of videos and continue to do so each day. I always find something I want to try or something I want to make. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, this is the channel it ends up on.
A quick look on my videos shows very clearly that I don't have a continuing theme. I am always trying new things. So if you subscribe to this channel, which you are ever so welcome to do if you want to stick around, you can most certainly expect a lot of very varied things.

I'm learning the game at this moment, and man i need to start looking into that. Alredy happened 3 times that when the game says i need to upgrade the fleet ends up with less power value afterwarda 😅
To be fair, fleet power is only a rough estimate taking into account total DPS and HP(with a few specific modifiers). It can't measure intelligence questions of how good your design is.
Reminds me about two groups from alaska. One native group called themselves the people, and their neighbors called themselves the TRUE people. I'm sure everything went peacefully.

I use autogenerated ships IN the Beginning. When it gets some century or two in when I have some options I'll start desinign them or if i want to kill a Leviathan.

I did this exact thing once and it was fun as heck. The only problem is that the other empires start at different times which gives an unfair advantage to the first.

You should retry this with the new DLC. Choose Cosmogenesis (not dive into a wormhole, but to get the cool ship designs).
Not a bad idea. But the biggest difference is going to be that First Contact hadn’t even been released when I did this.

Genuinely one of my favorite releasables. The concept is amazing and they also have all the resources you need for industrializing sans silk and later Rubber although you literally just need to go down a state to Cuba to get Rubber. If you want to play them I'd recommend waiting until you annex Texas and get some favorable policy and industry prepared in the meantime since Texas is a core of New Africa as well and will get an insane amount of oil
After watching you a decide that my first playthrouht in Stellaris will be just like the one you did (except that o am planing to be a militaristic xenophile and will expand as much as i can before an empire its strong enoght to fight me).
For a first ever playthrough I’m not sure this offers the best experience. You’ll own the galaxy easily without anyone to oppose you. But whatever floats your boat obviously!

If i was you i would keep the Prikki guardians as a vessel, you better try to modify their values before they come back to the old ways of conquer. (But i don't play Stellaris, so i don't know if that is even possible). And wait an entire generation to secure that the changes on their culture will keep.
They would’ve switched even if they were a vassal, if I’m not mistaken. The only way I could’ve made the change lasting would’ve been to keep their worlds to slowly convert them or make a lot of pacts. Both of which I was against.

You should do this challenge again but set the start date to be earlier! Also with the prikiti you should have made them multiple nations and not just 1 big one, you could've also forbidden their expansion in the contract

This reminds me of the time I introduced my friend to the game, he was confused at first, but then slowly got the hang of it and named his empire something along the lines of {REDACTED} while I just became a slug empire, Slugn' Slogs. I expanded, and he told me he couldn't find a planet, when in reality he started out in the void and couldn't colonize the planets, which I was confused as to why or how he chose that origin out of everything. I eventually reached him, gave him a few things, made tons of agreements, and shared information. After a while of managing and talking to each other, we found a bigger empire right next to us, unluckily a very aggressive empire that we eventually went to war with. My friend wanted to immediately declare war, to be funny, but I warned him that stuff like that can get him annihilated... especially if it's a fallen empire. One of his systems got overrun with a relatively large fleet of a few thousand or so, and I took that opportunity to attack with a much bigger fleet to the south of their empire, gaining a lot of territory. I was the bigger threat, mostly because I have more experience. It was a short campaign, because we didn't really continue it after that, though I really wanted to because playing with someone who isn't AI is fun. Usually (From what I've seen) he doesn't have the greatest attention span, so I just assumed he would get bored very quickly, but apparently he really enjoyed it (Hopefully he wasn't just saying that to make me happy) and was actually doing pretty good for a starter. Hopefully the short story entertained you, if I get some more, I'll try to share, maybe on reddit or something. Have a good day. :}

I did enjoy it! :) I agree that playing with friends is much more fun. I’ve discovered though that playing together, striving towards the same goal, is often more fun than playing against each other.
@@TheWolfwiththeDragon I just wish I had more people to mess around with like most content creators do. Oh and I'm also really enjoying the series, I personally think it's better than quite a bit of stellaris content, since this has a bit more 'life' to it, however you may put it. I really hope you continue this series. as well as whatever else you're enjoying. Keep up the great work! :}
