    Should have gone with Carli Way better radius arms, way softer ride and performing coils. And best if all no blocks

  • @FlyinDiesel
    @FlyinDiesel7 ай бұрын

    While we do agree to some extent, the budget can effect this majorly. Also Carli's rear springs tend to be to soft for towing decently heavy loads. Thanks for watching though!

    Sooo, why are Carli lifts so good then???

  • @unknown_truckers
    @unknown_truckers3 ай бұрын

    @Patrick-co1qm they're more than lifts, they are suspension systems. And they don't just add blocks to raise the body, they're built more to absorb the road. Just look up a few videos of what they're capable of

  • @unknown_truckers
    @unknown_truckers3 ай бұрын

    @FlyinDiesel also when you get a system installed you don't need to swap out the leafs if towing heavy is a big thing, you'd have airbags anyway for safety and ride leveling.

    I don’t care what anyone says. If you are going to buy front end parts you shouldn’t buy anything but kryptonite. Lifetime warranty and parts you’ll never have to replace again. It doesn’t make sense to spend the money on anything else.

    You’ve beefed up the tie rod. But that rack and pinion is still about at cheap looking as the factory tie rod. So where is that energy going to go now? Instead of bending a tie rod next time you’re going to break something else.

    That doesn’t seem right. If the wheels are off the ground and in park, which it should be, then there should be no tension. When you put a vehicle in park it doesn’t just stay right there, it usually moves a little until it locks in park. But like most things on the internet, if you say it’s true…..it must be…..Right?

  • @FlyinDiesel
    @FlyinDiesel Жыл бұрын

    Yes if the truck is off the ground and there’s no weight of the vehicle on the tires but in this case this truck is on a drive on lift so there’s weight on the tires that causes tension.
